My elderly father recently passed away unexpectedly. Fortunately, a number of years ago my father and I prepared for this day by making the necessary arrangements to have everything ready. Sara at Davies Cremation was absolutely a pleasure to work with. She made a very difficult situation go very smoothly. She was caring and educated me through the entire process. I completely recommend them for this type of need for any of your loved ones.

Mr. Davies and his staff were amazing when my son pasted away, I'm a single mom, with limited income, and I had little to no help covering expenses to have my boy cremated, MR. Davies was very understanding and didn't charge me
for anything that wasn't necessary, and made it possible for me to afford the costs easily, I'll recommend u guy's in a heartbeat, thank u so much in this time of mine and my family's lives, u guy's r amazing and made it so much easier for me to do what needed done, bless u all

I found Don Davies to be an absolute professional gentleman with a very kind heart. He helped me out considerably during this most difficult time and made my experience very positive. He explained the process, answered my questions frankly, and understood that I had financial constraints so did not push me with up-selling. He told me upfront that it may take a few days longer than normal due to several deaths occurring within days of one another, followed up to keep me informed when there were unexpected delays with the death certificates, and notified me promptly when things were completed and

Was very pleased with the personal, professional and compassionate service I received when dealing with the final details of my dear friend’s arrangements. Was concerned when initially dealing with this matter when I was out of state, but my interactions with the staff both by phone and in person was nothing less than ideal, allowing me the ability to handle such a sensitive matter without any additional grief! Davies Cremation and Burial Services in Vancouver was great. As my 91 yr old mother pass away, they were there, very professional, no hidden cost, everything went as explained and planned. After they had pick her up they found she was still wearing a watch...a simple Timex. They called me, explained it would be logged in at the Crematorium, then transferred back to Vancouver and held securely for me to pick up! They care and made the passing of my mother just a little bit easier. Thanks for all the help.

I called upon the assistance of Davies the morning my father was to be taken off life support. My call and questions were answered immediately and followed up by emails detailing what was needed from my mother. After the hospital was finished processing his body he was picked up and from then on taken care of by the good people at Davies. All our requests were honored, from what he was wearing during cremation to the locks of hair that we requested. When my mother went in to make the arrangements she was not pressured into spending the equivalent of her tremendous grief, she was treated sweetly
