They were cordial, courteous and responsive. I think their best feature was regular emails with suggested details and how-to's to tend to for the deceased, which someone working their estate or making arrangements could easily forget or not consider -- and the messages come spaced out so that they're not overwhelming for anyone struggling to grieve on top of managing a loved one's estate and burial planning.

This is the second time in less than two years we have used Crown Memorial. The staff is professional, empathetic and helpful. They helped us with difficult paperwork and intrastate problems. They didn't push services we didn't want. They respond to inquires right away. Price is reasonable. The only complaint is that we didn't get notified more than once when death certificates were ready (earlier than expected) and this would have helped dealing with "death business" a bit. (this was the second time) they could work on that.

I am extremely grateful I found this place, my fathers death was the first death I’ve experience and I had absolutely no idea how to plan a cremation or viewing , I was stressed until I found crown memorial. Everyone was lovely i talked to Travis, Hannah and most importantly Bruce , they were all extremely kind. Bruce was empathetic, compassionate and understanding. They were quick with the cremation and have a beautiful urn selection. I definitely recommend them to anyone ! Unfortunately due to COVID everything is different with the viewing process but they were still great at explaining everything
