This place is terrible. They overcharged me and owed me a refund and it sent it to me but never told me it was coming. They also sent it to my old address. I had no idea it had even been sent until my care coordinator from the insurance told me that she had talked to them. I called multiple times to get in touch with them and never have received a response. Instead they sent me a letter through the snail mail as a reply to my voicemail. This letter said that they didn't offer me anything because they refund they already issued me covered everything. Except funny part is I never received this

This is an interesting set-up for a therapist office. It seems like there's a main office number but each practitioner manages his/her own schedule. The nature of this structure is inefficient since there's a middle man of sorts in trying to connect patients with a mental health provider.
I first called on Sept 10 asking about the availability of a specific provider who my insurance company had listed as having expertise with a specific condition. The person who answered the main line wasn't sure if the provider was accepting new patients so said she would get back to me. I didn
