A Mindful Life is a place for you to practice the tools you most likely already know will help you to live with more presence, ease, and happiness, but often get pushed aside for later, which rarely comes. This will be your dedicated space to listen to yourself, observe, reflect, and have space to be just as you are within a warm community of people who support you.

Mindfulness & Creativity is a continually evolving workshop where we come together in community and see how we can bring the tools of mindful awareness, reflection, and deep inner listening to our creative selves.
We will meditate and I will guide you through exercises that invite us into a space of curiosity, kindness, and compassion as we lean into our creative process and honor all of it -- the inspiration, the blocks, the movement and the stuck-ness.Whatever our creative outlet may be, we can explore together and feel the support of a mindful community.

JEAN VITRANO draws on her training in mindfulness practices, meditation and body therapies to assist her clients in finding ease and health in body and mind. She tends to the whole person with a compassionate, listening presence. Through her mindfulness-based work, Jean facilitates clients in pausing, sensing themselves in their bodies, and helping them observe their thought and feeling patterns.

For the last month my family has met with Jean virtually on a weekly basis for a group guided meditation practice. Some of us were new to meditation and others have honed their practice over the years. Jean made it easy and comfortable and we all got a lot out of our meetings. Each week I was left with new wisdom, a renewed sense of calm, and personal prompts to incorporate mindfulness throughout my day. I recommend Jean highly: five stars are not enough!

Jean is a caring and gifted guide through the experience of learning about and practicing mindfulness and meditation. Her teachings encourage self exploration and acceptance and have a way of settling in and taking hold. Her gentle approach reminds me of how I should approach myself and others and has helped me move towards genuine growth and change.
