A charming little shop in a strip quite far from the main roads, but do not let the outward appearance fool you as the desserts here are solid. The taste is not overpowering and not too sweet. They have the good balance between flavor and sweetness. The prices, I think, are reasonable. I specifically enjoy their online ordering system.

Perfect! Our family has become a fan of the Great British Baking Show. To celebrate a special occasion, we wanted to buy pastries/desserts that were at the level of thoughtfulness and skill that we admire on the show. We arrived at the bakery at nearly closing time, and were delighted to find wonderful options! We bought a variety of the small slices including one slice of raspberry cheesecake. Each of these included a wonderful concert of flavors (passion fruit, hazelnut, etc) and textures! The bottoms of the slices provided a lovely crispness contrasting with the silkiness of the upper layers

I cannot stress enough how much we love this bakery. We order sweets from here for every birthday, holiday, anniversary, etc. Every time we bring one of their cakes/tarts to a gathering they get rave reviews from family and friends - people literally fight over who gets to take home the leftovers.
Just a warning though - the sweets are ADDICTIVE. Once my husband and I ordered a box of like 10 cake slices for a family gathering and we just ended up just not bringing them and eating em all ourselves 😆

What a hidden gem. My family has been visiting this place for more than a decade now. They're most known for their cakes. In particular, I think their crunch cakes are WOW. So good that I'm even getting my wedding cake done here!
The family that runs it is really lovely too! It used to be just the grandma, but more recently she's had a younger lady come in and help. Both are lovely and friendly people.
It's located in an unassuming tiny strip mall in an area with nothing around it, but in my opinion, it's absolutely worth the trip out.

My mom got my Les Delices cakes for my birthday when I was a kid. I still remembered them even though I hadn’t gone for ages. This year for my 34th, we got the mango pistachio cake, hazelnut crunch for my dad’s birthday, ans meringue mice for my nephew and niece. For my first visit I tried 3 different types of cake: dark chocolate mouse with hazelnut crunch, guava mousse cake, and white and dark chocolate cake. I also couldn't resist the freshly-baked almond croissants.
All the cakes were extremely fresh, moist and not too sweet. I'm a fan of dark chocolate, so IMO the dark chocolate mouse cake was the best. It balanced the right amount of bitter chocolate with sweetness and the hazelnut crunchy crust which is to die for! Guava mousse was my next favorite. It was on the sweeter side and so flavorful! 😍 Freshly baked croissants were delicious as well

I had to find a cake last minute and called up this place. They didn't have the passion fruit on standby but suggested the raspberry mousse hazelnut crunch. So I reserved it! Because I was in a rush (like I needed it right away) they were unable to write a happy birthday on it. She explained they needed at least 30 minutes which is fair! But she put a happy birthday sign and they sold candles! The cake was delicious. I'm not huge into cake because I don't like icing as they tend to be too sweet for my liking. I stumbled upon this bakery because the one I was going to was closed on Mondays due to COVID and I needed the best chocolate cake for a friend's birthday. This place was close by so I went to see what they had. I was not disappointed. Everything on display looked delicious. I got a chocolate mouse cake that was absolutely delicious! It was a bit pricey but certainly did not disappoint. I will certainly go back to try some of the other cakes.

We stopped by and grabbed a mango pistachio cake and an almond croissant.
The mango pistachio was super awesome, mango was very prominent but that subtle pistachio bottom was a great combo.
The almond croissant was also a winner. My bf got it but I was so tempted to take it all and run away and eat it. Very addicting, not too sweet, excellent texture!

We are in the process of moving from CA to the DC area for my husbands job. Sadly, I'm missing his birthday as I'm still in Cali. I ordered a cheesecake for my husbands birthday, since he loves cheesecake. It turned out gorgeous! They delivered it on time during the window they quoted me. It was a little pricey but worth it to see my husband so happy. He said it was creamy and perfect! The person who helped me over the phone was super sweet and accommodating.

Amazing family owned bakery! Decided to try the mango/guava/passion fruit cake and it was amazing. Never had such a flavorful but not overly sweet. The cake was so light and moist, even a few days after!
During pick up the owners were so friendly and took the time to ask about the online ordering experience to ensure a seamless end to end process. Will definitely be returning!

We got 4 cakes from Les Delices for our wedding and they were absolutely perfect. The cakes were beautiful, delicious, and we got rave reviews from all the guests. The cakes from here are unique - mousse cakes with sponge bases that work well in traditional cake flavors as well as fruity ones. They're not overly sweet, and we were able to choose a variety of flavors to accommodate different tastes. We got 3 large cakes, and an allergen-free one. I would recommend this family owned bakery to anybody in the DC area looking for cakes for any occasion (or no occasion at all!). The service was wonderful
