Bellia Shoes

Recommend a sign on the door saying “by appointment only” instead of telling us after we been in the store for 5 minutes that we needed an appointment to buy a pair of shoes, followed by rudely telling us we can stay and look…. We always try to shop local to help out little stores but in this case I went back to the car and ordered 2 pairs of natives probably a lot cheaper then I would have been charged here. I respect your rules but customer service goes a long way….Be kind to your loyal clients, all clients for that matter.
I will no longer recommend this store.

Shoes are the best quality, employee who waited on us had no personality I had to ask her to measure my 7yr old nephew foot she disnt handle him very well we have to return the shoes as once we got home they were too big

I love having a store where we can go and try on shoes! We have been going here for 8 years, I don't buy my boys sneakers anywhere else. They have a great selection, the staff is super nice, patient, and knowledgable. Thumbs up for this store.

It’s a special day when grandma brings the little one for their first pair of walking shoes, the employees at Belia’s don’t seem to know or care. I wanted traditional white baby shoes, and after measuring the salesperson went to the storeroom for two different types and came back to say they were sold out. No mention of when they would be back in stock or having an order shipped to my home. I don't think the employees receive any training. This is the 3rd time i have shopped at this store and been disappointed.

Love the store, staff friendly and they actually measure your feet! Love their children selections!

The sales associate was courteous and helpful. She was good with making sure we got the right size and the kind of shoes we needed. I was able to get in and out quickly.

We stopped in to get shoes for our 4 and 5 year olds. Sizes available for stride rite brand was limited but I that was due to stride rite, not Bellia's. We bought a pair of summer shoes for each son. When we got home (45 min away without traffic), I checked them out further. The shoes fit my 4 YO very well but when I checked the fit for my 5 YO, there is not much room. I know you're thinking that I should have figured this out in the store but when shoe shopping, I rely on the professional to check the fit as I often can't tell where there toes are. If they say it fits, why should I doubt them
