Three years later, Pat was promoted to Vice President in 1987 and achieved his CPM (Certified Property Management) designation in 1988. 1988 brought further opportunities for Pat when he became president of Centron Management Company which, at the time, was one of the largest apartment developers in the Pacific Northwest.

I lived in am apartment complex that Precision Management managed and oversaw and it was the best living experience I've ever had. There's a reason their properties have some of the highest reviews in the Seattle area. There are so many large, corporate management companies out there, but what makes Precision different, is their boutique, hands-on approach - it makes you feel like you're apart of a community. Would definitely recommend living at a Precision Management property.
