Gabriel the maintenance man is the main reason why I like living in this apartment any problem is taken care of right away with pleasure. He's always working, with a good positive attitude and always keeping this place cleaned up to par. And no matter what he always says hello with a smile which makes you feel there are still good people out there.

My partner and I have had nothing but good experiences so far. I would recommend this complex to anyone because the application process, setting up the apartment for use, move in, to now 3 days into living here have been smooth and not stressful. Any questions that we had were answered happily and overall made us feel like we were already part of the little community. I appreciate the time and dedication this complex gave to us to make sure that we were comfortable. While it's difficult times right now and a little bit different of a process to get an apartment due to current events, Sutters Square
