I originally did my review 2 years ago but I needed to go in and do an update with details. I just want to say thank you guys over at the Matt and Inama State farm office always servicing me when I need you guys to and fitting me into your schedule. Karma and Kimber are amazing. I deal with Karma a lot and Kimber has also helped me quite a few times but these ladies go above and beyond and they always do it with a smile on their face. I will preface with this; I have been insured in the past by Geico, Progressive, and American Family Insurance. I haven't quite had a customer experience and customer service quite like the one Vaughan Moore provided me. I will say that the price point of State Farm is a little higher premium than most, but I have a half million dollar full coverage policy, rental, and hands down the best customer experience I have had thus far in my 39 years. I highly recommend reaching out to Vaughan to see if he can give you the same level of service and a better value of not only service, but coverage than

We recently switched over to State Farm because they were able to offer better rates and discounts than our previous insurer. We wanted to work with a local agent that knows our area for the best and most accurate quote. Vaughn at the Black Forest office was great. He was not pushy, very informative, helpful and waited for when we were ready to make the switch. He gave options and discussed in length all the details of the policies. Thank you for making the switch comfortable and worth it. We would highly recommend State Farm and this Black Forest office.

I am extremely pleased with my new insurance agent, Vaughn Moore! I met him by chance and decided after 16 years with another insurance company that it was time to compare State Farm's rates and services. I was pleasantly surprised when I learned I would be paying less for 4 vehicles and 4 drivers (which included a teen and a 21-yr-old) than I was paying previously. With the Safe Driver and Steer Clear programs, the savings were so good that I was able to insure a 5th vehicle and driver (my youngest just started driving) all for less than I was paying for 4 with the other company.
