My family of 6 (from MD) has just recently started vacationing in the OBX, meeting my parents (from SC) and getting everyone together for beach and “down” time. We have tried different locations and agencies to see what we like (and don’t). With Silver Creek, we thought we had finally found a solution that we could “adopt” as an annual rental

Our family enjoyed a week at the Outer Banks and had the perfect home - Gone Coastal! Everything was perfect from the moment we stepped into this beautiful home. It was immediately comfortable. Our week was memorable, in fact, our 11month old granddaughter took her first steps 15 mins after our arrival! We cannot thank Paramount Destinations enough! We look forward to many more visits and would HIGHLY recommend this home and Paramount Destinations for the best Outer Banks vacation!

We have rented homes from Paramount Destinations, on and off, over the last 12 years. We rented from another agency the last three years and, upon our return to a Paramount rental this Spring, I was reminded how much better Paramount is when it comes to the guest experience. The home was perfectly clean, organized and stocked. Paramount made sure we had everything we needed while completely respecting our privacy. We’ll rent from Paramount moving forward!

The property was very nice. We did have a problem with the AC unit for the bottom 2 floors on the day we arrived. I put in a notice on the maintenance app & within 15 mins someone was there. The AC was fixed the next morning. Paramount called to check on us that day and set up for someone to recheck the AC again on Weds. They were all very professional and quick to respond! I would highly recommend them!

We had a wonderful time! The house was very comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need. It is close to the beach, it takes about five minutes to get there. The only issue we had with the whole experience is the traffic getting there and leaving. The island really needs to come up with a new road management.

A perfect getaway just a short walk from the oceanfront. The owner provided a parking pass so we were able to park right next to the ocean--a huge convenience. The house itself has everything you want for your stay. We especially loved the hot tub and pool being in close proximity--everyone was able to hang out together. The view of the preserve in the back gave a nice backdrop. The grill allowed us to enjoy steaks and burgers several nights. Rooms are well appointed and the abundance of bathrooms made it better for all.
It was a little tricky figuring out the technology/cables, but it all worked
