We had been looking for quite some time, and from the moment I saw the photos, I knew this was it. I called my buyers immediately, and we decided to see it together at 7 PM.
The thing was, not even three hours on the market, and the seller already received an offer. I couldn't believe my ears! Three hours on the market, and they already have an offer?! When we arrived to see the home, I explained to my buyers the situation and I convinced the listing agent and sellers to wait.

There are a lot of hard decisions involved in the home buying process, but working with Cyrus was definitely not one of them. Right away I could tell he was someone who would not only help me and my partner understand each step of the process as first time buyers but also make it an enjoyable and fun adventure as a team. Cyrus was an incredible resource for my husband and I while buying our first home. While we were about as prepared as we could be, the prospect of house hunting was still overwhelming and a bit terrifying -- especially during a pandemic. As soon as we met Cyrus I knew he was the right choice. He didn't just ask us what square footage we wanted, or how many bedrooms; he got to know us and our hobbies and interests. We are very glad that we got to know about Cyrus from a friend. He is very patient in explaining the entire home buying process. He is available at any time of the day (via email or phone) and even in person. For example, we went for a house visit at 9 pm once. Cyrus is a straight up BEAST in the real estate field! In the initial meeting, he walks through the entire homebuying process to educate his buyers so they are not surprised in any stage. He answers all questions honestly and patiently. During the buying process, Cyrus hustled every weekend to compile a list of homes to see and tour. I was estimating it would take 3-4 months to buy a house but it actually only 6 weeks to get my dream condo!
