Loren and his colleague were extremely polite and professional! Myself, my husband & five kids were all home during the inspection and they were very courteous and made us feel like they weren’t even there. The owner/inspector Loren Croft went out of his way to make certain I was happy with the service, including making a return trip to the property for items not normally covered. The report came quickly, was clearly written, and had accompanying photos to illustrate areas of concern. I cannot recommend Compass Home Inspections more highly.

Compass home inspections is absolutely one of the best inspector I have ever used I have been doing real estate for a very long time and have used many different inspectors but Loren inspections are of another level with top-notch customer service and inspections I would recommend him to absolutely anyone.

I LOVE Compass Inspections.
To start, Loren and Matt are ALWAYS early. By the time I roll up (on time) with my laptop and my latte, they are either already on the roof, or done with the roof and ready to go inside.
When we get inside, Loren & Matt are a power duo and immediately get to work tag teaming different areas of the house.
They are friendly, funny, and informative. They have high attention to detail but don’t make mountains out of mole hills. They are professional with my clients and provide a wide range of inspection services. Their reports are easy to read and with a two man team

Very professional team! We used Compass Home Inspections in our home buying process and they were very diligent in their work and provided a thorough report about the house. We are moving from out of state so they were helpful in explaining things we should look out for, how to properly maintain the house, and warning signs we should be aware of.
