Trying so hard to be patient during these times, but this place just doesn't do it for the money they charge.
Had to deal with multiple problems the day I moved in, had to deal with their mistakes even before that with the lease process. Tried to be patient and just move on, but now during the winter storm I get to hang out in a 61 degree apartment that won't get any warmer because the building is constructed from scrap materials with no insulation and an inadequate heating system. But I get to pay thousands for this a month- $2200 to be exact.. The parking lot is full of ice and snow, seven days

Just moved in and unpacking. First of all, Kemle is awesome! She is probably the best property manager I’ve ever meet! She is kind, understanding and very professional! The apartment itself is even prettier than the pictures. The area is quiet, safe and convenient. Neighbors are also very nice and kind. Love it so far :)

Kemle is an AMAZING property manager and leasing office agent! She is professional, kind, and works to resolve issues quickly. She goes above and beyond to make Trillium a fun and welcoming place. Recently, she's invited food trucks to our complex on special days. She also plans on other community events when it is safe. This sense of community and safety is so important especially in this time of Covid which can be isolating. Thank you, Kemle for all your hard work and effort to make this not only a place to live, but to thrive.

The apartments themselves are nice enough. The carpet is cheap and outdated, despite these buildings being less than 10yrs old. The trim is also a bit tacky despite these being marketed as mid-level luxury units. The kitchen is probably the nicest area, but even then it's mid-level. The common areas of this community are disgraceful and uninviting. The mail area often has pee stains from animals and has had droppings left behind on the pavement. The yard is littered with feces; and the parking lot with cigarette filters. The gym is small and unsatisfying, not worth having open in a pandemic. It
