Singing our praises for our Property Manager, Paula Calvert! After having a less than stellar PM for our rental home in Oregon, we knew we needed to have a better experience for our home rental in Rancho Cordova. After speaking with several Property Managers, I found Northpoint Asset Management and they connected us with Paula. What a godsend for us out of state owners. Paula has went above and beyond in representing us and taking care of our property and dealing with tenants who have been exhausting at best. I've been a tenant of a property managed by Northpoint for a little over a year now. Every time that I have tried to contact Elizabeth with any concerns or even with my crazy requests (I'm a new DIY'er and wanted to dye the carpet as well as some other things) she has been she has been nothing but polite and respectful. As an out of state owner I was worried I would not receive the attention of a local owner. Boy was I wrong. Scott has been attentive and answers within 24 hours if I have question. Here is an organization that finally takes care of everything for you in property management. You have the funds without the tenant problems. Scott Olson is my recommendation. He has a great attitude, while also being very nice and friendly. He has a great amount of experience and education, but more than that he is just real. I like how well he knows his local and surrounding communities. He is very on the ball too, getting back to you very fast with updates and always answering his phone.

We became acquainted with Scott Swindell and North Point Asset Management in November 2014. Scott was great to us from day one and has continued to be that way. We have a really great rapport. Any time we need anything we can reach out to him directly and get any issue addressed. Scott always stops by whenever he's in our neighborhood just to see how everything is going. We've made some changes to our rental property that Scott and the owner have been quite pleased with.

We rented a home through Northpoint for a little over 3 years before buying again. We had a few maintenance issues over that time, but each time they took care of the issues in a timely manner, and even upgraded to a new stove, oven and dishwasher. While I know other property management companies can have their share of negative issues we have never experienced any hassles with Northpoint.

I don't live anywhere near California and wanted to get into some property so I found Scott Olson with Northpoint who helped me buy a property on Lincoln Village Dr. in Rancho Cordova. I had the property rehabbed and then we rented it out, and later sold it. It was actually a rough experience but Scott stuck with me through the whole process and made it much easier. He was always professional and responsive. He has a great team of people that surround him and I've never felt they were unreliable or didn't have my best interests in mind. Thanks Scott!

The service our family received from Scott Swindell was truly above and beyond what we expected and the norm in this industry so I absolutely have to let anyone and everyone who reads these types of reviews know this- Scott was an absolute God send for us!! Once again, I want to give Scott a big kudos for selling my property. I highly recommend Scott Swindell. Scott went above and beyond to make sure that my house was repaired and ready to sell. Before placing this property on the market, we found major setbacks that may affect its sellability. This was very discouraging, however, Scott was able to do his magic and took care of getting contractors in to repair the house within a short span of time and pass inspection. After having the house in the market for 2 days, an offer came by and escrow closed in no time. You will never get this service

5. A month into living here, I contacted Elizabeth via email regarding fixing the floors and my bathroom wall with messed up paint, also I asked for a pool key magnet (I came to find out we never got one), a clean copy of the contract and a few other things that came up. I got a response back that my contract will NOT be rewritten instead we will sign an Addendum. We exchanged a few emails about the issues and it has now been 2 weeks after I asked her for a pool key and fixing of the damaged floor and walls and still nothing! I also requested a maintenance crew to come out and check out plumbing

Do not rent from this company! They forgot to put me on the utility bill then 6 months after I moved in they hit me with a $900 bill that included late and delinquent charges. I told them I would gladly pay my share of the water bill but had never received a bill or request for payment previously, and I would not pay the late fees as it was their mistake. Elizabeth told me I should have found out the amount by calling the utility company each month. The problem with that is the utility company cannot provide me with the billing information as I am not on the bill, nor can I add myself to the

I worked as an on-site manager with Northpoint and Scott Swindell. I have also worked with many of the Property Management Companies in the Sacramento area and I can say that Scott was always professional and responsive and always does the right thing. Unlike many of the Property Managers in the Sacramento area that don't respond and are only out to make money and don't really care about the owners or the tenants.

I'm not sure what I would have done without Northpoint Asset Management and Paula. They really worked with me to get me into the house I wanted. They respond immediately and I do mean immediately if I have any questions or concerns. Not only are they professional but they are also extremely personable and treat everyone with respect and courtesy. I plan on renting from them very long term.

I'm a home owner and decided to employ Northpoint Management in Sacramento, Ca to manage my property six months ago. I have had nothing by problems from the start with this company. I have called 4-10, times regarding the problems, tenants not maintaining the yard. I left every items need to keep up the property. Lawn mower, leave blower, shovels, rakes, water hoses and extension cords. I even put in a washer, drying and side by side ice and water dispenser refrigerator. My home has only a one car garage and one car driveway. So if anyone needs to get to the sidewalk near the front door
