Us and three other couples booked this hotel off of the internet without knowing anything about it. What a home run! This hotel was perfect for us. The rooms are spacious, the pool was perfect and Aaron at the front desk was fabulous. We arrived on a Saturday night after a 15 hour drive from CT and within an hour we all agreed that we wanted to stay another night rather than go on to Myrtle Beach.
We are located 1 mile south of the Marshwalk of Murrells Inlet, on the corner of Hwy 17 Business and Wachesaw Rd. Main Property Entrance on Wachesaw Rd. Location 5 stars, the staff we encountered were nice and helpful. The downside was the noise level! Having an open courtyard in the middle means loud noise some nights, especially if you are on the lower levels. We also could hear people walking above us and the elevator. The room could have used a deep clean too, it looked like it received rushed cleanings at best. The shower was interesting, and took awhile to warm up enough to shower. The price is good for the area and the reason we chose this location.

We had stayed at the Inlet Sports Lodge over this past weekend (November 26th-29th). Check-in was very easy and quick. We worked our way up to our room, which was on the second floor. We entered our room and could smell how clean it was, which of course during Covid is a bonus. We had just a King Bed, since it was husband and I. The bed was decently comfortable, the only issue I had was none of the pillows really worked for what I needed and gave me a sore neck by the end of our stay. Also you could tell that the King bed was a King only via a joiner which put a bump in the middle of the bed. Being

The parents liked it, but the kids did not. It is not like a traditional hotel exactly. It was more like a small studio. The adults thought it had lots of character & was charming. The kids said it was old, boring & wasn't much fun. I guess it depends on your age.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, quiet and nice rooms, probably the best we've stayed at in years along the Grand Strand because of its cleanliness! Beautiful rooftop views and it's a plus to have a restaurant (Costas) attached to it. The rooftop views were lovely!

This was my first stay at The Inlet Sports Lodge and I never want to stay anywhere else at the beach again! First, everyone working there was extremely hospitable and friendly. The room had absolutely everything you would need. Even a dishwasher! And it was simply beautiful there. Breakfast was tasty and even though we got to breakfast 5 minutes before it ended, the young lady never rushed us and she was very hospitable. Great location, too!

Amazing place, amazing staff. The rooms are ery comfortable and well cleaned each day. The staff is so helpful and I have talked with many of them during my stay. If you need to unwind, go sit and relax up on the widows walk. If you need anything just ask. I really enjoyed the kitchenette and full fridge. Close to everything and a great choice. I was here for work but will be recommending to all my friends who come visit.
