Mike Sebastian's grandfather came back from World War II in 1946 and decided to open an auto repair shop. The Sebastian family has served Chicago drivers from the corner of Grand and Cicero ever since. At Grand & Cicero Service, we take pride in our heritage, as well as our great reputation for providing high-quality auto repairs, friendly customer service, and honest car care advice.
At Grand & Cicero Service, we offer all major and minor auto repair and maintenance services, including diesel pickup repair, electrical diagnostics, computer programming, emission repair, A/C service and repair, brakes, suspension, and tires. Our mechanics are trained and equipped to work on every American, European, and Asian make, and we perform a 30-point inspection to ensure your vehicle is in good working condition when you leave our shop.
Unless your vehicle requires premium gasoline, filling up your vehicle with high-octane gas is a waste of money. The premium gas doesn't boost your gas mileage or performance. If you're not sure what grade works best for your vehicle, your owner's manual will tell you. You can also ask your mechanic what grade to use.

Very pleased with the service I received at Cicero and Grand. I brought a car I was considering buying from a dealer there. They took an hour, checked it out thoroughly, and gave me a link to a very detailed online report complete with videos and recommendations. I was able to take the information back to the dealer and use it to get a price decrease on the vehicle. I definitely recommend Mike and Steve!

Amazing! Highly recommend this place! I’ve been struggling to find a mechanic who could help me fix the issues my car was displaying for my emissions test. Steve was very professional and nice, he explained to me everything that was wrong with my car, the costs, etc. I love that they provided me with a review of my entire car to show me exactly what’s wrong with it. I was recommended this place by a body shop I had work done previously and honestly thank god! I was due for an oil change and wanted some real TLC for my car. I was so sick of going to JiffyLube. Wow. Who says you need a guy with you to go to the auto shop to make sure you treated right and not ripped off. Im new to the area and my Nissan Rogue was not giving out heat in negative 15 weather. Steve and Mike are awesome. They took very good care of me and treated me like family. Had to leave my truck overnight and they did not do any damage to my vehicle or make like I needed something that I didn't. They were open and honest and very trustworthy. My truck seems to be heating up just fine. Thanks to them. They are a A+ in my book. Great job!!! I highly recommend this place. You cant go wrong

Mike and his team are the best. I’ve been taking my BMW there for years. From oil changes to brakes they have always performed the work for a fair price and quick turnaround. Clean shop and a nice waiting area. I would highly recommend G&C, give em a try, they are a reputable shop and take pride in their work.

Best repair garage ever! Took my 2013 Audi here for tires and alignment. A dealer shop had given me a quote of $1,200. Mike had a great price on tires he recommended. One day later I had 4 new tires AND when he took it for alignment, it wasn't needed so no charge! Needless to say, great, honest service at LESS THAN HALF THE COST!

How lucky are we to have a place like Grand and CIcero! Mike has worked on my wife's 2010 forester which just received the 60k service, my mother in laws Toyota and my 2009 Honda Fit which just had the 100k service and new tires. I trust what mike has to say and feel that he is very honest. I had a couple small issues with our Subaru that I forgot to mention, Mike called me and told me about these issues. I really felt like the car had been thoroughly looked over and I appreciate the attention to detail. The prices are very fair, much better then any dealership and he has only used oem parts

Mike and Steve are the best!!! I have benefited time and again from their services. I trust them without hesitation to give honest feedback, not sell me crap I don't need, and to give fair pricing, and most importantly to ensure my vehicles are safe! How rare is it to find a mechanic you can trust?! This place is great! Totally straight forward, honest and they know what they are doing. Really clear in their explanations and they always take me right in! Before I found Mike & Steve, I always took my older Volvo to the dealer but I just hate getting the runaround and paying through the nose for it. So happy I found these guys. A little out of the way but worth the effort. This is my first yelp review and I just had to give these guys the credit they deserve.

Mike was great!! He fixed my front end work was 100% honest with me. Gave me a great price. Even offered to show me how to work the coffee machine if I needed him too :). Once he showed me what needed to be done they got right to work so I didnt have to wait longer then needed. Thank you Gentlemen!!
