Totally efficient process of ordering via text messaging and very fair and straightforward pricing. I ordered 3 arrangements: one off their sample pictures and for the two others I deferred to the florist’s artistic discretion for arrangements in Christmas theme.
Thien Lan Florist delivered with service above and beyond! We had a full day of visiting three different families. I texted the florist what time I would arrive to pick up the arrangements. Everything

Seems to be a family run business but the guy who's helping me is doing his best! This is amazing considering lots of people are staying at home (nation-wide phenomena) while on government subsidy, causing labor and material shortage. Not easy to find people working these days!

We went there to order sympathy flowers. Tracy was so nice. She showed us many photos to choose, wrote down the specific colors we requested. She also provided photos of the flowers prior to delivery. The arrangement was really gorgeous - the family and their friends loved it. We will be returning for any future needs!

The customer service here is truly exceptional! All the wonderful ladies at Thien Lan Florist go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied and happy with your order! It shows in their customer service that they enjoy their work. I ordered a simple dozen bouquet, but the wonderful florist made the bouquet look soooo lovely!!! For sure, a thousand times better than the bouquets at the grocery store! I am so glad I went here, I will be returning for any future needs!

Was needing to order flowers last minute from out of town and was incredibly fortunate to connect with Tracy. She was so kind and thoughtful, considering the flowers' significance, and offered to get the order delivered the same day. The process was very simple and she provided photos of the flowers prior to delivery - the family loved them and the arrangements were gorgeous!
