Nice bright airy atmosphere. Parking lot was full when we came so had to park across the street. Service was good but a little slow. We came at lunch time and ordered the Double Down, which is half pizza, half salad. The pizza was crust was pillowy with the correct amount of chew.The food was excellent and I highly recommend.

I am on the hunt to find the best pizza in Phoenix. So far The Parlor is in the lead.
Uber Eats had a discount for 50% off. If I would've had to pay full price ($55 + delivery fees) it would not have been worth it.
Federal Wings - golden flavor. Kinda reminded me of Zips but not as good. The sauce (not the chicken) had a gummy sticky consistency that I did not enjoy. THE RANCH THOUGH?! I'm considering calling the restaurant for the recipe because it's that good. Seriously, get extra if you can.

The food was delicious. We had loaded brussel sprouts, 1/2 salad/half pizza $11 special, 1/2 priced bottleof wine, and cherry cobbler for dessert. Our server, Piper, was extraordinary. She was friendly, helpful, and attentive. She had no trouble making substitutions we asked for. Looking forward to returning there soon.

What a great time we had. I'm not from Phoenix but my kid who was having dinner with me is. The food is only surpassed by the Service. The team wait staff is amazing! Not a Stinker in the bunch.
We had Wings, pizza, dessert. Loved everything we ordered. Thanks again for taking such great care of me and my kid.

So glad we stopped by Federal Pizza for some takeout because it was surprisingly delightful! We opted for takeout to be more mindful
of Covid precautions so the pizza was a little colder when we got it, but it was still delicious and I can see how it would be really good piping hot.
The dough here is perfect, a good amount of chewy and crispy. It's thin crust without being soggy, and there's a generous amount of crust for those who enjoy crust. We tried the Casanova (prosciutto and arugula), and the Big Star (little bit of everything), and they were both choices I'd recommend again

This pizza was excellent. The dough was so soft and chewy yet not soggy. The Cesar salad was great as well, the dressing was very unique and had great flavor. I will say that the topping distribution is not good at all. I expect to have the toppings that come with the pizza on every slice...not just a few slices. That was my only complaint, overall great flavor!!!!

Ok so I have to be honest I heard great things about this place . It was good don't get me wrong but no worth the hype pizza presentation was awesome but the texture and taste was not all that floppy pizza . Sauce was good though. Wings where good but on the pricey side. Try it it for your self and maybe it might be up your alley but it wasn't my cup of tea. The venue is very good 👍 and great place to grab a drink while some central Ave parades are going on.

The wings here were DIVINE. I would go back to this place just for the wings in a heartbeat. The skin was perfectly crispy while the meat inside was nice and tender. We asked for a ranch and a blue cheese dipping sauce. The ranch was a clear winner between the two but both were really good! I liked the creativity this place took with its pizza. We got the Casanova and it was good. I liked how the saltiness of the prosciutto was balanced with the sweetness of the fig. There is a parking lot behind the establishment so we didn't have an issue finding parking at all.

Good selection of drinks, offers pizza, pasta, salads and sandwiches. Server was attentive despite what seemed to be a large amount of tables he was serving. Salads came quickly but pizzas took longer than what seemed normal. Manager did stop at our table and apologized for the delays but said kitchen was overwhelmed with orders so guess carry out demand was high. Food was wonderful and well worth the wait.

Federal has had consistent quality service and product over the five year relationship I've had with their pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni, extra cheese, and extra sauce. I don't eat anything else on the menu. I've tried their offerings but nothing compares to the pepperoni pizza. I'm not saying it's the best in Phoenix or even in midtown but I go there at least once a month and they never disappoint.

We love federal pizza! Their pizzas are delicious, literally all of them. They have great recommendations if you are looking at the menu and wanting other things too. We tried their white fig pan pizza as a Neapolitan pizza, delicious. Gotta get there before 5 pm for great happy hour pricing on their wine and small beer pitchers. Same ownership as postino, so if you like one, you’ll love the other.

I had avoided coming to this spot because it always looked busy. But I finally braved it and I'm glad I did. The service was pretty good but most importantly the Pizza was delicious. We enjoyed the outdoor seating because the weather was beautiful. The ingredients were fresh and the dough was nice. The only item in the menu that just didn't hit the mark were the wings. They lacked seasoning and could have been a little crispier. Still overall a good experience. Get there early or after the rush.

Absolutely superb restaurant. Fantastic atmosphere, amazing food that is cooked to absolute perfection, and very friendly staff. This is just an all-around great place to eat.
The only downsides are that the place is pretty dark and it's a bit on the pricey side. In spite of those, it is still one of the best places to eat in Phoenix.

This place is in a great location. I often have a hard time deciding whether to go to Joyride or Federal. The two are both amazing. YOU HAVE TO TRY THE RANCH (whether you like it or not)
But back to pizza business...
FOOD: The pizza's here are GREAT. My personal favorite is the Casanova. The meat and sauce on the pizza give it such a unique and delicious flavor. But honestly all the pizza's I've tried here have been great. Their starters are good as well. I'm not a huge brussel sprout fan, but dang those were really good. This is legit good pizza with a comparable beer list that touts $5 mini pitchers for Happy Hour.
This pizza hits many of the items needed to be a great pizza and they might just get there.
The crust had a good bite and chew, that I think all pizzas should have as the perfect balance.

Two words. Casanova pizza. If you like sweet and savory this is the pizza for you! It has prosciutto, arugula, and their secret sweet ingredient is chopped dates! This all drizzled with a reduced balsamic vinegar. Yummmm. Brussel sprouts are a must!
Never too crowded and has patio seating. Always have great service. The last time I think 4 people asked if we were enjoying our meal. So nice! Something about the servers there is really cool. They all have this fun edgy vibe. My kids always comment about how cool they are so I guess mom did a good job picking a hip place. 😁

Super disappointed in my delivery . My friends had told me this was an amazing place for wings and pizza so I did a Grubhub sat night pizza , wings , and salad . Sadly it was very disappointing. Both orders of the wings were so dry that the chicken was slivering in your teeth .. the Pineapple Express pizza had pineapple on only half the pizza which is a bummer for those people who get slices and expect to have it .. then the chicken panzenella salad had 3 (I had to count because I was shocked) pieces of cheese and minimal other toppings .. and to end it off the bombilni doughnuts were missing their

The first time I ate at Federal was about 7 years ago with some helpers. I was still living in Nashville and I was told Federal had some bomb@ss pizza! Well... let's do this thing. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember what I had BUT I remember it being delicious.

Damn! We tried Federal Pizza while staying I. Phoenix before heading out to the Grand Canyon.
We were so impressed by the atmosphere of the restaurant, the friendly staff and the food!! We really enjoyed our dinner and drinks.
The veg board was tasty and perfectly roasted, the Caesar salad was so crisp and good (even split it in two for us), the pizza was delicious and the beer was cold and cheap!!
We noticed we felt very familiar in the restaurant then looked it up and found out it's the same group as Postino!
Definitely will come back next time in Phoenix!

We have enjoyed the atmosphere and the food here at Federal Pizza. The Tiramisu here is to die for, definitely do not miss out. The pizza has been very good and we have tried four different ones on the menu.… The crust is delicious all on its own. Live in the North west valley but hope to return soon.
