I've been leasing a home for almost a year now and have no complaints. They have been super responsive when I do have any issues with repairs or minor things. They quickly send someone out to check it out and fix the issue. The only thing I found strange is they send someone to do an inspection every 6 months which I found odd but since I'm used to owning guess I'm just not accustomed to that. Apparently this is a common thing when leasing. I would recommend this company if your looking to lease a home.

This is the BEST experience we've ever had as renters. Red Wagon staff is responsive, friendly and just a plasure to work with! The tenant portal they've created centralizes everything, from paying rent, to reporting an item that needs attention, and getting updates on requests, they even include (as part of their package) sending us new AC/Heating air filters every month! They always welcome feedback and work diligently to improve the service they provide! (rencently, as a response to tenants, they have made changes to make it even easier to pay utilities) You guys are spoiling us tenants! Seriously

I have rented from Red Wagon almost a year, Abby is my go to person whenever I have a maintenance problem. She is prompt in checking for maintenance calls and calls to confirm she has receive it. I have been with Red Wagon for a year and I live half way around the world. My home is in good hands as I rent it while living overseas. The fee is reasonable and I feel this company is trustworthy. There is a nice personal feeling with this company and with individual employees also which I like.
