As always we practice universal precautions in treating all patients. We are taking extra care in sanitizing all exposed surfaces multiple times daily to prevent the spread of disease. Whether you are a new patient, an existing patient of Gulf Gate Hearing Aid Center or you purchased your hearing instruments elsewhere, the following services are free of charge! Gulf Gate Hearing Aid Center offers ALL of the above-listed services in-home for your convenience. One of the biggest challenges to providing patients with the most natural hearing correction is being able to simulate real-life settings in the clinical office.
This is not always true. Unless you exhibit hearing loss symptoms at your primary care provider's office, it is doubtful that your doctor would know that you are suffering from hearing loss. You usually meet your doctor in a small enclosed space, one-on-one. There is no background noise that you have to contend with.

Earwax is a secretion of the body, scientifically known as cerumen. It is produced by glands in the ear canal. In need of repairs to one of my aids, I opted to try Gulf Gate Hearing Aid Center. What a pleasant experience! With an appointment the next day, I was seen by Emily Koudelka who made the repair on site, offered some advice to prevent reoccurrence, and declined to accept payment. After moving to Sarasota, I needed some hearing aid services and chose Gulf Gate Hearing Aid Center, based on location convenience and the reviews I found. Mark Rahman, the specialist there, provided me with great help and follow-up services. His knowledge of the pros and cons of different models, and the maintenance of them, is excellent.
