King Home Inspections was one of the first licensed home inspection companies in the state of Arizona. From the start we knew we wanted to be more about quality than quantity. We truly wanted to help buyers understand the condition of the house they were about to purchase.

King Home Inspections does not inspect at the state minimum. Our inspections may take a little longer than some but we figured you would rather have us be thorough than quick. Again, all of our inspectors are equipped with Flir Thermal Cameras to assist them in making their determinations at no added cost to you.
With being one of the first licensed home inspection companies in the state, we have had an opportunity to get a lot of feedback from our past clients concerning pricing. We are able to keep our prices low because most of our business comes from referrals. We aren't paying for multiple marketing people, give away programs, office space, parties, etc. just good home inspectors.

I wish I could give Mike 6 stars. That good. Ive dealt with home inspections twice before - - and Mark was leaps and bounds better than my two prior inspections. Mike and the whole King Home Inspection staff was so great to work with. They were very responsive and got us scheduled quickly. I went through 2 home inspections back to back with Mike. Mike was so thorough. He answered every question we had and explained everything so well. Thanks to him for giving us a great inspection, we didn’t take a house with so many underlining issues. We had our home inspection today with Bob Cullen from King Home Inspections. WOW!!! I've bought several homes in multiple states and this was BY FAR the best inspector interaction I've EVER had! Bob is VERY knowledgeable and thorough. He took his time and explained his process on a step by step basis as we walked around and through our soon to be new home. He was detailed and through testing each and every component, fixture, outlet and mechanical of the house. Then he walked me through each area of concern and each area that looked concerning, but really wasn't anything to worry about.
It was a great relief knowing that he took so much time to get to know my (potential) new house inside and out and I thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a detailed home inspection.
