I have been renting from PRP for over a year and they are wonderful! Quick to communicate with me about anything. Super fast response time for maintenance! Let me in when I locked myself out at 10pm!! Need to upgrade the washers and dryers in my building, but that is the owners. The management company is fantastic. I plan on having my own rental within 2 years and I will be using PRP due to their fantastic service and level of professionalism. Always felt like they had my back.

I have been so pleased with Reed at Portland Rental Properties. He is professional, personable, knowledgeable and understands the urgency of maintaining a low vacancy rate in our apartments. Reed is beyond awesome! It’s my first time doing rental so I had a lot of questions and felt intimidated by the process. He reassured and made me feel comfortable knowing he will be there to guide me through the journey and providing support wherever I need them and in how ever much amount I want.

What a refreshingly easy and positive experience we had renting from Portland Rental Properties. Reed is highly professional, prompt and friendly.
