Who are you, Maui Condos? We are a family business consisting of Jill and Andrea Thomas, and our experience with Maui condos and vacation rentals market began in 1985. Our family moved to Maui in 1977 and we lived there for almost a quarter of a century. Both of Andrea's daughters grew up on Maui. Thanks for checking in! We loved the accommodations and location. Having beach access from our condo was perfect. We checked out a couple other beaches but decided the one in front of our property was the best for swimming, kids, strolls and sunsets. The staff was awesome as well.
I just talked to my parents and they said if they were going to go to Maui again they would want to stay in their exact unit and would definitely have daily cleaning services so that worked out well!Jill was amazing in how much time she took to find me the exact right package for our family. We had fabulous experience working with Jill! We rented a condo at the Royal Mauian for our family of 4 for 5 days. The condo was clean and had everything you could ever need, including plenty of towels, beach chairs, sand toys, and more. The beach was just steps away and was nice since it wasn't packed with people. She also referred us to the Maui Concierge that help set up our car rental and other activities. We had an amazing stay and we would work with Jill again in a heartbeat!

Jill was AMAZING! I called her in a panic looking for a place to stay in Hawaii after looking for DAYS and getting frustrated. I told her what I was looking for and she sent me a link with pics and pricing within 10 minutes! She knew exactly what would fit my needs and what we were looking for! I cannot say enough about Jill. I hadn't been to Maui in 32 years and I was lost in trying to get started in finding a great place. She was patient and extremely knowledgeable on the different options available based on my budget. The place we ending up picking was beyond expectations. Jill was extremely patient with me during our wedding planning & accommodation search. She was prompt with emails and sent me loads of options for our stays in both Kaanapali and Wailea. There was an unfortunate mix up with maintenance of one booked unit- and, even though it wasn't her fault, she completely stepped up to help and even offered to pay the difference out of her own pocket! She's excellent!

Perfect is all I can say. It was absolutely perfect. I traveled by myself and this place was just the right size for me. I felt comfortable and safe. It is close to the beach, the price was right and close to all my favorite places to eat. A lovely condo that was recently remodeled.

And I may sound partial here, but there is no one better to match you with your Maui vacation than Jill. She is kind, understanding, sincere, patient and takes the time to know exactly what her clients needs are. I'm always impressed by her vast number of repeat guests. She also caters to a large Hollywood celebrity clientele, allowing her to be very familiar with Maui's luxury properties. Jill was raised on Maui and lived there 18 years of her life. She visits the island several times during the year, doing property inspections, visiting friends and arranging great rates for her clients.
