I love living here! They answer my questions immediately. The price is right. Close to major highways to get any where in Louisville. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! When I request maintenance it is addressed immediately. Grounds are kept neat and clean. Neighbors are friendly. Legends is located close to many restaurants, shopping areas and entertainment. There is a car wash area, playground area and plenty of walking areas. I am so happy I selected Legends of Indian Springs for my return to Louisville! Thanks to the great staff! Keep up the good work!

The Legends at Indian Springs is a gorgeous complex with warm neighbors and an even greater staff. The wonderful women currently managing the rental office at the time of this post, Karesa Phillips and Kara Franzman, are fantastic, loving people who treat their residents like welcomed guests and not just pending rent checks. Every time I see them, I've always felt welcomes and appreciated as an honored tenant -- even though I'm not exactly the easiest one they have to deal with.
If you don't come for the people, then consider their gorgeous property -- and I do mean gorgeous!

My experience with Kara was awesome! Not only did she help simplify the application process, but she went above & beyond to answer all of my questions! She was even able to provide me with a monthly estimate & detailed floor plan in no time at all! 10/10 recommend her if you’re interested in a property here!

This complex is great! Fairly large and clean apartments with a nice pool and a decent fitness center (more than enough for a solid workout.) The complex also just got repaved roads/speed bumps that enhance the overall appeal. Kara and Karesa are both sweet and friendly & helped us so much during the move-in process. The staff are very communicative of things happening around the complex and maintenance is responsive and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend :)

I just moved in and honestly I LOVE this place, my apartment is beautiful the view I have is amazing it’s peaceful and quiet. The staff has been great to me from the first phone inquiry all the way down to the day I moved in! Kara specifically has helped me so so much she got me hooked up with a great renters insurance deal and walked me all the through the application process signing the lease all the information and documentation that I was going to need. I probably would have been clueless if Kara wouldn’t have been there to help me ! I absolutely love it here and I think my son does as
