A couple years ago I was brand new to San Diego and living in a small apartment struggling to find parking all the time. I decided I needed a change and I wanted to make San Diego home for a while. Where do I start. Jeff has been nothing but amazing from start to finish of finding our investment home in San Diego. Jeff is familiar with SD and which areas are great for investing. About 6 weeks ago, during a pandemic no less, Jeff got us an offer over ask AND the property was listed for not even 30 hours! He also got us a back-up offer and full ask just in case.
After selling our home and the countdown to move out was on, he helped us negotiate on our new place and we couldn't be happier! Jeff is our go-to for any real estate needs!

The Discher Group is as good as it gets. With finger on the pulse of the market, we got the best insight and customer service when we bought our home 3 years ago. Unfortunately, being active duty we were unexpectedly relocated 5 hours north. Sad for us obviously. As a military Veteran I can highly recommend Jeff. His knowledge of the VA system is the best in San Diego, plus he offered a negotiable commission and closing cost credits.
