In addition to apartments we provide unique off campus houses for groups of four to ten people in highly desired locations. Many of our houses have multiple living spaces and shareable bedrooms along with hardwood floors and updated kitchens and baths. UW-Madison Off Campus housing doesn't mean you need a cab ride or a bus to get to class.

I lived at the 444 West Main Street location for 3 years (1 BR unit property near Bassett street). It is a nice property for students in a vibrant neighborhood. Right next to the capitol, campus, and lake Monona. The parking lot is a great optional amenity, finding street parking during the busy hours would be no fun, so I always felt lucky to have a spot. The staff is really nice and personable to talk with or email. Whenever I notified them of an issue it was fixed promptly. After a few years, I wanted to live with some roommates, so that was why I moved out, but if you are looking for a 1BR

Lived two years in housing with 6 roommates. Every time we had requests, they were fulfilled with no questions asked in a timely manner. Great people running the business, they clearly cared about our well being as renters and kept everything upkept (even doing service we were suppose to). No complaints.

My roommates and I have been renting from Greenbush for the last 2 years and we’ve loved every second of it! Hilario and the maintenance crew are so responsive and quick to fix any problems. Josh is an awesome landlord, going to be sad to leave the place at the end of this summer. Quality houses at a great price!

I’ve lived at a Greenbush property for 4 years and just signed my 5th year— without any hesitation. The Greenbush team is composed of all kind, welcoming, and responsive people. All my calls and maintenance requests were addressed in less than 24 hours. They have never failed to make me feel valued as a tenant. Their properties are well kept and tenants are respectfully given their privacy. The rent is extremely affordable and there’s never been any unexpected fees or large rent increases. Josh has been incredibly understanding, helpful, and caring throughout the entire 2019-2020 year. Calls to him turned into long, honest conversations where he genuinely wanted to get to know me. He's a genuinely great guy. The house was fantastic for the cheap rent. Services came quickly whenever any utilities were not working or there was a problem to be quick and solved them every time. Awesome house. Exceptional landlord.

I recently moved to Madison for my graduate degree and it was very difficult to find a trustworthy place from abroad, especially during Covid-19. I am so glad that I contacted Greenbush Properties. I recently moved out of my last, and best, home in Madison. A year ago we moved into a Greenbush property that had been recently renovated and looked amazing compared to what it looked like when we toured. Maintenance repairs were usually done in a reasonable time and management was quick to respond. Overall, a great experience with Greenbush. Thanks!
