Services
Cortisol and adrenaline are super helpful in the wild, giving you a burst of strength when you need to outrun something or shimmy up a tree. With no predatory animals required, yoga, bootcamp, Zumba, and cardio flush out stress hormones, pump up blood flow, and support lasting energy. Laurie Eagle left a successful, high-hustle career in sales to pursue her passion for wellness. Over the past 12 years, she has taught yoga in studios, parks, offices, gardens and lobbies-anywhere free of falling rocks really-all over California. Laurie is a certified mindfulness coach and loves watching people feel more powerful and balanced in their own skin.
Just finished a virtual class with Office Meet Yoga for my team in Paris & London and they feel so relaxed after. Not only is it a great experience but also a great way to end a stressful day staring at screens and coding all day. My company has worked with OMY and loves our experience! I wanted to find a way for our team to stay bonded and well during shelter in place, and weekly yoga is the perfect way to do so.
Total newbies and seasoned yogis alike enjoy our beginner or all-levels, flow style classes. We cover neck and shoulders, hip openers, legs, core and balance-a little bit of everything for everyone, from beginners to experienced participants. There's nothing we love more than converting a yoga skeptic or a shy newcomer who's worried about looking weird in downward dog.
You can do some powerful and transformative yoga right at your desk or table, or even simply from your chair. We lead groups of all sizes and work with the space right where you sit. These sessions include gentle breathing and stretching exercises. OMY offers desk stretch for offices, events, conferences, and private instruction, either on-site or virtually via video streaming (Zoom) with recording options.

Laurie and her team were fabulous!! I recently planned a virtual conference and wanted to incorporate some health & wellness activities into the conference agenda which Laurie and her team delivered above and beyond. The classes were excellent, the instructors (Emily, Jesse, Laurie) were superb (very knowledgeable, professional) and have heard such positive reviews from our conference attendees about how much they enjoyed the classes! My company has worked with OMY in the past and loved our experience! I wanted to find a way for our team to stay bonded and well during Shelter in Place, and weekly yoga is the perfect way to do so. Working from home has been a difficult transition for a lot of us, and doing an hour session has really allowed us all to step away from our 'home office' and just relax. Our office participated in Health Week this year and we thought it would be nice to try something new out. We did the chair stretch and meditation. Our whole group really felt that their time with OMY was worthwhile.

Each person was able to take something away to help them in their daily routines. Can't wait to bring OMY back!

IDSA was looking for a partner to launch a Relaxation Station at our 8,000+ attendee medical convention, IDWeek. Laurie helped guide our vision and acted as a true teammate in our successful creation of a Mindful Meditation and Gentle Yoga schedule in the new Relaxation Station space. She helped direct the design and layout of the space as well as led the sessions with her colleagues. I attended one of the Mindful Meditation sessions myself and it helped me relax during a high stress week of event planning. I manage workplace events and wellness programs at a reputable company in San Francisco. I wanted to add a weekly yoga class for employees so I started researching yoga teachers and came across Office Meet Yoga on yelp. Laurie is the best. I've done both her office classes at my company and privates. In both settings, she leads classes that are challenging yet gentle, with corrections as needed. Her focus on alignment is the best I've ever experienced, helping you get the most out of your practice without being like the ballet teacher who yelled at you to point your toes. Whether in a large class or small, she gives guidance to allow you to tailor the work to your ability, limitations, and goals. I am working through some hip areas issues from running, and her classes are really helping me- I ran 12 miles pain

Laurie and her team at Office Meet Yoga have been teaching yoga to the children of Big City Montessori School for almost a year. They have written the yearly curriculum and not only educate on yoga, but also on self-esteem & anatomy and make the lessons fun so the children enjoy their weekly yoga classes. OMY has been a great addition to our workplace. We were in the process of creating a Wellness Program when I met Laurie and she has been a great addition! Through the yoga program she and I created for the staff, we have noticed a decrease in stress and an increase in focus and productivity. OMY communicates conveniently with us through Slack were we get weekly yoga related information and stress relieving techniques. OMY has provided us with various experienced teachers and substitutes when needed. We are very satisfied with the program that OMY has helped us create and recommend them highly.

I've been practicing with Laurie Eagle and her Office Meet Yoga staff for four years, and have noticed such a difference in my wellness and mindfulness. OMY is part of our wellness program at Eventbrite where we have an array of service from yoga classes, desk stretch exercises and weekly with advice on how to stretch throughout your workday. The classes are accessible and fit perfectly into my day. So lucky to have found Laurie and OMY!

As of about a year ago, I'd never done yoga before. Laurie was teaching weekly classes after work onsite, so I decided to see what it was all about. I couldn't have been more impressed, and I fell in love with yoga.

Having yoga offered right in my office setting is fantastic--I genuinely don't think I would go as often if it wasn't so easy. It's amazing how refreshed my mind feels when I stop working and spend an hour breathing and paying attention to my body.

I have been taking classes with Laurie for over 3 years now, and could not be happier. She has been a corporate yoga instructor at our office, and the entire company adores her.

Laurie is an amazing teacher. She is warm, supportive, motivating, and reminds you not to take the class (or life) too seriously. Laurie is great at keeping things interesting - every class is different, so I always feel like I am improving my practice.

Laurie is truly one of the best yoga instructor in the bay area. I am excited to keep growing my practice with her.

Outstanding yoga instructor!!! Varies the difficulty to each individual's levels of experience, good music, easy-going vibe in class and oh, those juicy hips are the best. After a very long break away from yoga, Laurie made it a pleasure to get back into my practice. Her classes are a real treat.

My wedding's coming up and I've got to lose weight, but I wasn't about to shell out big bucks for just anyone. I tried the rest (OK, maybe not ALL the rest, but I did work out with several other trainers) and Laurie's the best! Why? Because Laurie knows what she's doing!

1. You will get a GREAT workout! She reaches into her trunk of tricks for foam rollers, balance balls, weights, jump ropes - you name it, she's got it - for a different, challenging, tailored workout every time.

I happened upon Laurie through an online deal- I'm a sucker for anything fitness.

Laurie has great energy and is really good about integrating yoga moves in with the butt-kicking workout. At the time, i had a weird ankle injury, but she quickly adapted to that.

She uses medicine balls, foam rollers, weights, fitness balls and just good ol' plyometrics- something for everyone without becoming dull and boring.

Unfortunately for me, she is based in SF so I'm unable to continue with her at this time (damn bridge tolls), but I strongly recommend her for those who want a good workout

I have been working with Laurie for the past 5 weeks and am loving the process (and results)! It's not easy to get motivated to get out of bed at 6am, 3 days a week in the middle of winter - But with Laurie's encouragement (and no judge-zone policy) I haven't missed an appointment.

Each session is different and Laurie is careful to cater to my goals and fitness needs - Unlike typical 'boot camp' or other personal trainers I've worked with, Laurie focus on cardio, body resistance, breath and stretching which has really helped me lose weight while toning and lengthening

I am 18 pounds into a 40-pound weight loss effort that I really don't think I could do without Laurie. She is consistently patient and kind, encouraging and just the right amount of tough.

She isn't just about the sweat, either. She wants my fitness goals to be about positive life change and helps me understand that our one hour together 3 times a week can't exist in a vacuum.

I really can't recommend her highly enough - I'm walking proof! Not just my slimmer hips, but the wide, confident smile on my face!
