If you're looking to bring your group together in a fun, challenging, and competitive environment, then our team building regatta program is the perfect event for your next meeting. No prior sailing experience is required, and team members may participate as much or as little as they wish. A US Coast Guard licensed captain will be aboard each yacht to coach each team through this exciting program.

Working with Warren was a fantastic experience. He made sure the entire afternoon went off without a hitch. We were able to brand the yachts with our banners. The regatta was very well organized. The pictures he took while we were on the water were great. All around fabulous afternoon as a team building activity for our group. I would highly recommend Warren and Harbor Island Yacht Club!

We have used Harbor Island Yacht Club for San Diego team building experiences a handful of times. Guests always love the sailing regatta program. It's great fun and exciting! The crew and staff are always so friendly and organized. I highly recommend using this company for your corporate team building experience!
