These guys are great. When a check engine light came on and our regular Audi service department couldn’t get our car in for 4-6 weeks, they checked the light the same day. They got us in for a service within a week. They were helpful in many ways and truly made us feel like they were there to help us out. Plus, they cleaned the car inside and out as part of their service.

The team at Botta are amazing and turned my vintage 1982 Mercedes 240D into a showpiece in one visit! It runs like a champ again and gives me hope that this old girl will last another 40 years! To find parts for this old girl can be a challenge, but not for Botta! Their prices are fair, especially for what level of service they offer and they treated me like I was having them work on a Ferrari. I will not trust anyone else with my beloved vintage car again. They have earned a loyal customer. Thanks guys!

Botta recently worked on my 2006 BMW 650i and did an excellent job of finding the source of a massive oil leak, then repairing it efficiently and effectively. They got me into the schedule really quickly and repaired it within a week. All the folks at Botta are really polite, friendly, and professional. All around wonderful team of people, and really outstanding service. I’ll certainly be referring family members and friends to them in the future.

I've brought my 2010 Mercedes SLK 300 to them since I bought it used. They do and excellent job and work on a lot of amazing cars. Regardless their pricing is more than fair. It tells they love cars. Great guys.

Botta Moto works has been incredible. They serviced my 2007 LR3 since 2007 keeping her going to 211,000 miles (I just sold her) with no major issues due to their maintenance on her. This place seems to have a reputation for handling high-end European imports, but I've been very pleased with their service on my old, very not-high-end Volkswagen Golf.
They are quick and seem honest about what needs to be done and what doesn't - I got a recommendation for a brake pads change and they inspected and said it wasn't needed.
Another time I got an outrageous quote for replacing my throttle body assembly and their quote was very reasonable, they explained to me why the quote was cheaper, and took only half a day to replace it after I dropped the car off.

I had an aftermarket springs, MSS Urban Adjustable Ride System, installed at another shop on my BMW X3M. The car was making a terrible noise when going over potholes and speed bumps. Casey and Anthony checked out the install to make sure everything looked tight. After that they took the car for a drive and heard and felt the issue. Casey went through many different settings until he found the perfect adjustment. The car rides wonderfully and and handles much better than stock. Thank you so much for taking the time to figure out what was happening.

This is my mechanic team for life. Casey is the most talented and forthright mechanic and business man I've had the pleasure to deal with. Honesty and integrity. It's that simple. In my case, he spent hours troubleshooting a sensor code only to find that the first two new BMW parts he installed were faulty. Same sensor part, twice bad. He was astute enough to try a third after everything else on the car checked out. It worked. He didn't charge me for the time because it was BMW's fault in supplying parts that were bad. Do yourself a favor and avoid unnecessary and expensive

I trust Casey and his team like I would trust my big brother working on my car. They could service BMWs in their sleep and cars which you typically only trust a dealer to work on. Switching from the dealer to Botta was the best decision we have ever made, as we were getting overcharged every time we went in before. Casey and his team will give you the straight recommendations and no more or less. Not a pleasure to have issues with my car, but always a pleasure to visit the team at Botta.

I began having trouble shifting my manual transmission Honda Accord last week. By Saturday, it became nearly impossible to drive. Sadly, we'd lost our trusted master-tech Honda mechanic last year (who kept us rolling in our first Honda for 17 years/250k miles).

I recently took my GLK350 here for service + to fix a thermostat issue. The entire crew was very professional, explained the work that needed to be done, also coordinated getting a chip in my windshield fixed while they had the car and even dropped me off at home when I brought the car in. I look forward to Botta keeping my car in tiptop shape for years to come!
