Worse realty company I have ever experienced. The realtor named Lindsey tried to cheat me out of our deposit, the unit was already dirty when we first moved and it had black mold in the showers. The owner showed up to give a tour of the apartment to his friend when we put our notice in however, according to the Hawaii rental laws you can't do that without giving a notice. The other thing this company did was they did not give us a checklist for the unit nor did they do an inspection before we left. Also,they tried to get us to pay for the deep deep cleaning . Our experience with Caron B. Realty has been excellent from the beginning. They acted as property managers for our house when you moved away from Hawai’i. Their service in this role was smooth, efficient and easy for us. When we decided to sell our house they placed it on the market and it sold in 1 day for 150,000 over the asking price. I was at a crossroads regarding a property and asked for their advice on it. Caron and staff were very generous offering ideas, alternatives and actual ballpark prices. Caron is amazing! She took away all the concerns we had for the listing. She and her team efficiently took care of any repairs necessary, preparing our home for sale, and staging our home while we were out of town. We had no worry for the listing preparation. I would never trust Caron, period. She cold-called my residence this morning 5/8/18 after the listing expired with the previous listor. When I asked her how she got my private landline number, she said she "don't know." Huh? I asked again repeatedly, and she maintained that she "don't know." What? In what world would that be even remotely believable?
I asked one final time, giving her yet another opportunity to tell me how she got my number. Her tone then changed completely, and she said she was ending the phone call, and that I had been very rude to her. WOW

My girlfriend and I just got great deal on a new home in Punchbowl. Our agent, Jessica White is simply phenomenal.
