Scott takes the pressure out of buying/selling a house. He's been so great to work with, and his knowledge of builders is unmatched! You can tell you're working with a real professional when you're walking through a house with Scott. He'll point out things I never would have thought to consider, and the people he works with are outstanding. Anyone he recommends to work with (title, inspector, insurance, mortgages, etc...) has been incredibly efficient and personable.

Scott is a very responsive real estate agent who has the client’s goals in the for front of his mind. He approaches each client with long term solutions in mind - meaning he is there to consult, advise, and assist his clients until their needs are met - even if that means waiting for the right home to pop up. He has a general contractor background, which permits him to find solutions other realtors don’t even think of. I highly recommend Scott whether you are in the market to buy/sell.
