We happened to be in the area, and stopped into this place for old times sake. We used to go here all of the time when we lived in St. Paul. This place is always consistently good. They have a nice seating area inside if you want to eat there. Please be sure to try the Turkish coffee if that's your thing, it's so yummy, and of course the gyro and falafel.

I don’t know what these reviews are all about, but it’s obvious people in this area have no idea how good Middle Eastern/Mediterranean food is cause this definitely isn’t it. Ordered the combo for 3 for appetizer (meza) and combo for 3 for entree. It was all bad. The hummus is supposed to be smooth and thick, this was in clumps and soft. The falafel’s texture was off as well. The dolma was bland. The meat in the entree was all combined together like a tossed salad, just horrible packaging (got it to go), and nothing tasted authentic. The rice was cheap and wet. I could go on and on. Sorry

Absolutely delicious! I had ordered all this to try different items and the spinach pie was my favorite.
Reasonably priced and a steady stream of repeat customers as I ate, whom the owner welcomed as friends, while he was courteous and helpful to those of us newbies, deciding what to try.
Definitely worth a repeat business, and looking forward to my leftovers.

I never started putting reviews online before until this year. I ate here on October 24, 2019. I ordered at the counter. However, when these other people walked in and went to the counter. The worker said. I will bring you menus. What? I am thinking. Why didn't he offer me a menu? I guess cause I am special and I had my safety vest on from work. I don't know if this owner or worker picks or stereotypes people. There seemed to be white collar workers with suits and dresses. Like office building people eat here. I am a blue collar worker and didn't deserve to be treated the same. I wasn't even offered

Actually you can dine in now, but they serve your food in to go containers. It's actually like being in Turkey. It's a one man show he does all the cooking and serving and money duties. He takes orders on the phone for take out.
The dining room is sparse comfortable booths with interesting curtains and tables spaced for covid. Low budget or interest for decorations. Small pictures of the Mediterranean area dot the walls.
The room can be transformed into a larger space for gatherings.
What is lacking in ambience is made up in tasty food. I had the gyro sandwich stuffed in a pita, with French

So, let me start by saying that I might be a little spoiled. I like to eat and I can recognize a good meal.
This place has 4.7 stars, which is leaving me wondering whether I'm missing something or if everyone around here just has poor taste.
I have had better gyros at the mall.
This was the most mediocre plate of Turkish whatnot I've ever eaten.
Well, at least now I can say I've been here.
