Very poor experience. He represented us and the seller. He wanted to close the deal and every time we wanted him to negotiate on anything he pushed back and we had to insist. But even with negotiations on certain items, we didn't realize we were taking on major home IT repairs - we figured that out the day we moved in. He charged 7% to sell our house then when I got the closing statement saw that he not only charged above standard but in turns pays the buyers agent less than half of that. For the house we got, we should've hired an IT specialist to do a home inspection and given he represents

We have used The Tom Love Group multiple time to sell our homes. In both instances they have sold our home very quickly. Tom and his staff used there knowledge and connections to contact buyers that would be interested in our homes. The first home was sold a few years ago in 4 days. Fabulous team. Tom and his team are true sales people. They don't just list your property they actively sell your property. They simplified the process so everything was clear and they negotiated a great contract for us. After the sale was done we had an issue moving our furniture, Coke put the team to action and resolved all issues for us. The Tom Love group was incredible and went way beyond our expectations. The team is excellent and extremely responsive to answer any of our questions at any time. They used a professional photographer to present the house in an extremely complimentary way, In the first weekend, we had at least 4 showings and probably 20 clients saw our house. We sold the house at a great price in 2 and a half weeks with multiple offers. We wanted to downsize and the Love group found us a high rise condominium in a great area. Their strong negotiation skills help purchase the property at a very satisfying price

They would have been great if they would have followed through on all of the promises they give up front, they are interested in selling it fast but not getting you what your house is worth. The extra commission they charge on both side is not worth it. It is not just discouraging to sellers but the other agents would rather not show it because they take more than the standard split.
