Had a great experience working with Fergal, Alex, and Doug. I put a property UAG with a 40 day close and a waived finance contingency. They were able to present me with multiple term sheets and I went with a 12 month interest only construction loan which converted to a 30am traditional. Even with a waived finance contingency I was never concerned throughout the process. We closed on time with a hefty construction budget. Looking forward to doing my next ground up with them.

Very unprofessional. I sent one of the partners (Doug Landry) all the requested information for my project. His response was that it wasn't a good fit. When I replied with an email asking the reason why, his answer was that he didn't have the bandwidth right now to figure out the numbers. I get it its a busy time right now with the holidays but to outright reject the project because you don't want to bother to set some time in a couple of weeks or even have a follow up is very lazy and poor customer service.
