Royal Palm Thai Restaurant
A cheerful and cozy Thai restaurant located in the heart of Seattle's Roosevelt District overlooking 65th & Roosevelt. There is an elevator to the second floor. It can be accessed from the parking garage and on the street level. To get to it from the street level, there is an access ramp in front of the Indian restaurant which leads to the elevator in the nook of the building.

We will try to keep these website menus up-to-date. Underground parking is available, as well as street parking. Most Thai dishes contain egg, fish sauce, and oyster sauce, please alert your waiter if you have food allergies or intolerances and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Preparing your meal may take a little longer but, we're happy to take the extra time.
Services
Rice noodles sauteed with bean sprouts in our special tamarind sauce served with tender slices of chicken marinated in Thai homemade sauce. Lean beef sauteed in our house special coriander glaze on a bed of our chef's vegetable selection served with our homemade spring roll. Chef's vegetable selection sauteed in a tasty lightly homemade seasoned sauce served with fried tofu.
Royal Palm is a hidden treasure located on 65th and Roosevelt. The restaurant is cozy and has beautiful artwork and tastefully decorated interior space. Sit at the bar to watch the chefs hard at work making a huge variety of authentic tasty dishes. They've recently added some new dishes, like the Popeye Chicken dish, which is served over fresh spinach, and is simply amazing.

Wow such a great find! Missed it walking up Roosevelt but found it and boy was it good food! Service was amazing, our waitress was so accommodating to our splitting cost of meals! Food came out quick and delicious, with a touch of added love and a few flowers made from carrots! Honestly the best Thai food I've had in Seattle thus far! Definitely coming here again!

We have never had anything at The Royal Palm that wasn't perfect! Before Covid we were in there at least once a week. From the very first time dining there, they noticed I'd sorted out the basil, (definitely not my favorite herb). Next time I ordered it they asked if I'd prefer the dish without the basil. Now I always receive any order sans basil. They also found that I have a craving for broccoli and extra is added. We have never found the ingredients to be anything but the freshest and not overcooked. The brown rice is way above that of many restaurants. Their Thai iced

The people who own and operate this restaurant are just so lovely. I placed a to-go order 10 minutes before closing (I thought they were open for another hour) and I apologized for the inconvenience but she responded with "no problem at all, we love having customers!"

I finally decided to stop buying food from this place.  The food has much less chemicals compared with other places, however the quality of the ingredients are less than a good deal, and the price is high for take out.  Plus I was deceived on a Groupon.  I bought a Groupon the other day, and when I arrived to order, the owner said they stopped their contract with Groupon in January.  Wait a minute, you mean they did nothing about it for 5 months?  Other than say, they didn't know why Groupon keeps listing their restaurant???  Sounds like a ploy to get extra people in.  Basically Bait

First time trying Royal Palm Thai, and admit that I underestimated this place. We ordered the Pad Thai and Pad Prik King and both were tasty! We ordered 3 star spice, and could have used more heat but the flavors were solid. Candidly there can be a long wait time, but this is due to it being run by only a husband and wife team who are super nice. Despite the wait time, I would absolutely continue ordering from here.

Royal Palm provided such an amazing experience when it came to our food! I just moved here around the area about 2 weeks ago and never really had the time to check the restaurants around the area. However, with the snow storm impacting our abilities to go anywhere, this was one of few places open and their food, I have to say, is top tier. Everything was made so fresh and tasted so good and the quality of customer service was amazing. I would highly suggest this place to anyone wanting a good experience that's also within walking distance!

Always really delicious, fresh food. I can't get enough of their tamarind cod! We have been coming here for years, now we do take out. Other faves: fresh shrimp rolls, chicken saté. Feel like comfort food? Pad see-ew always hits the spot. Yummy curries too. Mango sticky rice is my goto yummy dessert. Their food always hits the mark, and they are great about accommodating food allergies! Plus Nae Lin (spelling?) is as sweet and kind as it gets. She and her husband own the business.

Coworker and I came in for lunch and the server was extremely nice. Our Phad Thai came out in less than 10 minutes and it was excellent. Their peanut sauce was also outstanding. I recommend this hidden little gem to anyone in the area looking for some solid Thai food.
Oh, and when we were done with our Phad Thai they brought us vanilla ice cream with their homemade berry compote and it was so good. I'm not supposed to eat dairy but I couldn't help myself.

It's a family owned place. The owners are very sweet and kind. The food is delicious, especially beef salad and cooked beef with eggplants. Fresh rolls are good, but peanut sauce is different from most places (not creamy)

Been to this place quite a few times over the years, but don't really have a strong impression. We ordered 3 most popular dishes to on their menu, and still is not impressed. Their Pad Thai is missing the red color and flavor. The Royal Palm Special Noodles is mushy and coated peanut sauce on top of raw spinach. After a few bites, taste kind of gross. Cashew Chicken is ok, nothing to write home about. I guess my final experience will end here.

Enjoyed a delicious, flavorful meal in a very relaxing setting. Good lighting, good music, good people watching from the giant windows. But the food! We all stuffed ourselves silly- including the 4 year old- on the satay, spring rolls, Rama and pad Thai. Really great flavors, not over salted and the menu clearly marked with GF options. The staff were so kind, and the waitress gave my daughter a little origami pumpkin before we left which left us all looking forward to coming back!

Overall mediocre food. The Pad Thai simply lacked overall flavor. Okay portion size and had to doctor it up a bit with some sambal. Also didn't come with a ton of chicken. Not horrible but not great either.
The Tom Yum soup I ordered with veggies and I appreciate how many they put in there. Plenty of mushrooms, broccoli, onion, carrot, and even baby corns. The broth however was again lacking something...the flavors in the food are a miss for me.

The food was superb, the service was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. Great relaxing atmosphere. Very reasonable prices; lunch for two including Mango Sticky rice was $36 with tip. Bright interior, up one flight of stairs from street level, right at the main intersection of the Roosevelt area. The parking kind of sucks but this place is worth it! I had Kee Mao that was to die for! See the pictures!

Our Saturday lunch at the Royal Palm was a delight. The food, the service, the ambience...all were excellent! The restuarant is very clean and the tables are set beautifully. The quiet atmosphere and view of the street below gives great character to the dining area.

We ordered the Royal Palm Special Noodles (wide rice noodles with spinach and peanut sauce and choice of meat or seafood). I had shrimp, my wife had scallops. The table salad was lettuce and juliened carrot, radish and carrot-ginger dressing; crisp and cold and fresh. The contrast of hot noodles and shrimp on rice was heaven! If
