Don’t miss out on this hidden gem. If you are a wine lover, but also enjoy a value, the Pub is your place. The owner is always on the lookout for exceptional vintages at aggressive pricing and extends that to the customer. The specials are always great and an extraordinary value. Highly recommended.

Lovely experience here during the Covid-19 pandemic. The restaurant took precautions inside with plastic walls in between every table and hand sanitizing stations for waiters. Food was exceptional, as was the service. Definitely a great place for gatherings and small get together for special events!

I've been relying on them during this past year for take out. Always well prepared and well packed. I always used to eat in till take out became necessary... They maintained their high standards and integrity. Even in take out...the salad is carefully crafted! The Chicken French with the asparagus spears and Jasmin rice is also Nicely placed together. Desserts are great.

We’ve been coming here for years and Park Ave Pub has actually gotten even better. Tonight we tried take out(highly recommend). We shared a Chicken Marsala & Vegetarian Eggplant that was absolutely delicious and the portions so large we weren’t even close to finishing! Add a bottle of wine from Scott’s Captain’s list and it was perfect! Don’t let the name fool you. It’s casual fine dining and a great value!

Nice atmosphere. A little crammed in though. Bumping into other customers as your sitting there eating. My thoughts on the staff and bar tender are as such. The server. Was amazing very attentive at the right times. And the lady whom i believe to be one of the owners was polite and kind. The bar tender was very good. The drink i got though sadly was a bit off. The olive juice in the martinis was old and tasted off. The food... The appetizer was a perfect combination of smokey and cheesey and the balsamic glaze was a nice finish touch to amplify the notes of the mozzarella and prosciutto. Was thoroughly

Definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Rochester and all of upstate NY. Service is always excellent and the food delicious. When the dover sole is in season there is no better place to enjoy it than the Park Ave Pub. Whether the Dover Sole or the Filet you can't go wrong. I look forward to enjoying my birthday dinners there every year when I'm not traveling. If you've never been you have to try it. If you have dined with Scott and his staff then you know what I'm taking about.

We love The Park Avenue Pub. The location is fantastic near the corner of Park Avenue and Berkeley Street in Rochester and one of RaChaCha's hippest neighborhoods.
I am a personal fan of the three-course meal option for dinner. What a great concept and what an outstanding value!
The food stop notch! The service is equally superb! And this folks actually care about you as an individual and as a person.

I really enjoy The Park Avenue Pub and Restaurant. Great venue in an excellent location-- right next to Jines and on the corner of Park Avenue and Berkeley Street.
The service is top shelf! The servers are caring, prompt, cordial, and intensely professional. The wine list is prodigious and thoughtful.
Meals here are a culinary joy! Well prepared and consistently excellent! And the desserts are really top notch.
The bar is friendly and well stocked. A neighborhood feel and yet a worldly selection.
The Park Ave Pub is a regular spot on my rotation of excellent places for fine dining. Enjoy

The food was "okay'. Really not special -- plain food, prepared in some plating and techniques that are clearly outdated. The service was actually great and very attentive. I truly think they should update the menu and the preparations -- perhaps some newer training. I was surprised by my experience. This is located in such a hip, young area and I thought it might match the vibe. I did speak to some friends and they mentioned it's really for a much older crowd that are staples to the place. I wouldn't return but 2 stars for the amazing service.

Listen, my taste buds are actually dancing! The meal was OUTSTANDING! Temperature, texture and taste was well worth the visit. 3 course meal was the best value for me. 5 Star service to boot and let's not get started about the dessert!! Serious high recommendations from me. Those that know me know, my recommendations are earned. Wonderful private atmosphere or with a few friends. Wifey and I are checking this out, I had to test 1st. Pasted with flying colors!!

The food and travel guru is in Rochester checking out local fare.
I found this place on the way to the Eastman Museum and decided to give it a try. The reviews seemed to give this place some high marks but I am sorry to say that this place is rated a bit too high.
We'll just start out with the one single highlight of this sorry menu which was the prosciutto wrapped mozzarella. It has all the flavor of a caprese salad only with a nice thin slice of prosciutto as the outer layer. It was very flavorful and very refreshing.
Unfortunately the rest of the menu goes down hill from there. The

I received a wonderful gift certificate for the pub and decided to check it out on a Saturday night. I'm glad I made reservations 2 weeks in advance because every table was full.
While the main menu wasn't extensive, they had a lots of great specials and a 3 course meal option with a soup or salad option, a main course with 5-6 various items to choose from ( filet, fish, pastas, etc ) and of course... dessert!
My brother is gluten free and to his surprise they had a lot he could choose from. By far, his favorite part was the sweet potato soup. While i didn't try it myself he

Yum, crazy $30.00 three course special. Fillet n tato were perfectly done. I had a mushroom pastry stack as an appetizer, it was good but would have been so much better if it contained a medley of mushrooms instead of a portobello. Tasted the velvety red pepper soup. The desserts were ridiculously delicious, house made dark chocolate sauced peanut butter pie n an apple crisp with ice cream.

I've been here twice for dinner this past month and both times the food and service was top notch. There aren't many restaurants around like this anymore, maybe some would call it old school, I call it casual high class. Their $30.00 3 course meal is the best deal in town, appetizer, entree, and desert with coffee. Lots of choices too. I always go for the frozen peanut butter pie. Sitting outside during warm weather is great for people watching on Park Ave. Just having a drink at their small bar is also a good time, great happy hour drink prices.

Just came for drinks and deserts. Got the apple crisp and it was delicious. Perfectly balanced with sweet and crisp. Drinks were well made. Me I looks good. Next time we will be for dinner.
Please try the key lime pie. Recipe is from Chef's mother as I hear. Oh my god. Exceptionally delicious. Bless that woman.

What a nice surprise.
I haven't been to this restaurant in decades. Went there last night and our table of three left very happy. Although I do not eat liver people who love liver know that it's difficult to find places that feature it. Both my wife and my cousin ordered it and will order it again.
I on the other hand ordered a simple Pasta Pomodoro. So simple yet so perfect. Super HOT super FRESH and extremely GENEROUS with the amount. The price was not bad at $14.
Great service great wine great hostess. Perfect!

Adam and I tried this place out during restaurant week and we were not disappointed. I love things like restaurant week because it practically makes you try new places.
We made reservations ahead of time and we were very happy that we did. Like most Park Ave restaurants, the inside is small and quaint. It is a very intimate space with dark lighting that makes the place very romantic. It is perfect for date night.
Our server was fantastic. Very attentive to the needs we had but backed off when we didn't need anything. Our food also came out promptly. We were actually very surprised by how

We had not been here in awhile and we really need to get this into our regular rotation, especially in summer when we can sit outdoors. No chance of that last night but our window booth was nice and warm.
The three of us shared a very tasty prosciutto wrapped mozzarella appetizer with honey, basil and tomato. The bread was yeasty good and warm. The $25 three course special is really a great deal with eight different entrees to choose from. Many fixed price specials have 3-4 options but not here. It was a difficult choice. We tried all three first courses options - the mushroom puff pastry

I've only come to this restaurant in a large group with a prie-fix menu, so this review is slightly biased.
The ambiance of the restaurant was romantic, dimly lit. Slightly older crowd of people.
The wait staff were attentive and friendly. On another occasion, the owner of the restaurant himself came to our table to ask us how our meal was.
The seafood chowder was quite the small cup soup, and a bit on the salty side.
The rib eye was cooked exactly how I ordered it and was a HUGE portion. It was definitely a very filling steak. The mashed potatoes weren't anything special, and the
