Armando and Rosy acquired La Maria Mexican Restaurant on Fry Road in Katy, Texas in 2006. They changed its name to Casa Maria Mexican Restaurant and over the years, they have developed a strong reputation for quality based on good food and service. We've been here a few times and we love it. It has a great small family restaurant feel, with friendly service and delicious food. I've tried something different every time and have yet to find something that wasn't great. If you're a bigger person like me or my husband, the booths can be a little tight, but I suppose there's nothing like being cosy right?

Want to go somewhere close by, with GOOD drinks and decent food? Then you'll love Casa Maria! The wait staff is courteous and still wearing masks and upholding safety guidelines with cleanliness which is nice. The drinks are REALLY WELL PUT TOGETHER lol. I went for 2 margs and left feeling like I had a good time without spending too much. And the fajitas were pretty tasty. But DEF go for the drinks!

My family and I have been customers of theirs for years. The food is always on point and if not they will make it right. They always treat my family with love like we are their only customers even when they are busy. Good margaritas and the excellent service. Just ate here an hour ago and whole family a party of nine happy and full. Love this place l.

My boyfriend kept talking up hype about this place... and it sure lives up to it! He took me here to dinner and it is AMAZING. Great atmosphere, tasty food, and good value! You can tell the fan base is loyal, it stays busy with lots of families. The service is awesome and they take great care of you. The food is so fresh, I recommend the fajitas. Also they have really good salsas.. I cant decide if I am n team roja or verde haha. This is definitely my new favorite spot to get Mexican in Katy.

By far the worse Mexican food I've had in Texas and not to mention the customer service. The puerto Vallarta plate is a basic dish that an elementary child could make, ketchup for the enchilada sauce? That's right as soon as you look at the enchiladas all you see is ketchup and the taste is so gross. The customer service is awful. I do not like writing bad reviews for businesses but this one really hit my nerves, our check was over $60 and they noticed we hardly ate any of the food and that says a lot when a customer doesn't eat their food but still they didn't care to ask.

I haven't been here in a while, came before Christmas and saw some new changes they now have an actual POS system no more guessing if we got over charged , and the prices went up but the quality did not. With these prices we might as well go eat at papassitos. Not coming back anytime soon, prices are ridiculous!!

Not only is this place extremely over priced but it's also absolutely horrible. I'm not sure how anyone can give this place 5 stars. The food is not authentic at all so if that's what you're looking for save yourself the trouble. I ordered the chicken flautas and was extremely disappointed. It took awhile for my food to come out and once it finally arrived it was cold. The chicken was extremely bland and had no flavor what's so ever. My dad ordered the beef enchiladas and said the sauce tasted like it came straight out of the can. Do not get me wrong the costumer service

Worse Food Ever! They should be ashamed to call this Mexican Food. Food was Old again. The Chicken Tamales and Enchiladas. Maybe Food old because of COVID-19 there not throwing old food away just reusing it...disgusting!! Only thing good was the Salsa they don't give you enough of! Save yourself from getting sick and wasting your money!!

This my most favorite restaurant for authentic Mexican food . Prices are fair drinks are great! I am however disappointed with my most recent visit serving off paper plates the food was not the same. I've always eaten everything on my plate. The tortillas were warmed up it tasted like in a microwave. I will wait till you guys are operating full capacity cuz $47 dollars was a lot and there was no mixed drinks

My rating is only based on what I've had from Casa Maria. It's located in a strip mall on Fri near Clay rd. I have passed the location several times and there always seems to be a lot of cars so I figured let me hit this spot up for my nacho craving. Walked in the live band was playing music. Looking at the menu they have a lot to offer. But I was there to get my nacho fix on. I ordered the nachos with fajita chicken and I wanted queso instead of the shredded cheese. Service was quick.

First time here with large group of family members. this was very good Mexican food and the service was top-notch ,the beer was cold, and a large selection of very good margaritas. The food was great choices are chicken beef and shrimp Fajitas chimichangas and quesadillas, all deliciously prepared and presented. It was a great time and dining experience.we had Fun time,would definitelyrecommend this place
