I hear my neighbors at least 12 hours out of the day. I live with noise canceling headphones on. I am moving because of the noise. I would not recommend living here if you enjoy peace and quiet and having your own space.
I see other reviews about people moving out and having to pay excess fees. I regret the day I move out. They have cheap spray on countertops and I've been here several years and fear that they will charge me for stuff that's normal wear and tear. I have heard others besides reviews complaining about the same thing.

Move out fees were astronomical even though we left the apartment cleaner than we got it after living there for two years. We shampooed the carpets and re-painted all of the walls which was a complete waste of our time because they took our security deposit and our pet deposit, and STILL charged us $650 on top of that after taking both of our deposits.

Never asked anything of the leasing office staff while living there for 2.5 years. Easy tenants. Spent multiple days making sure the apartment was left in better condition than received. They show their appreciation by charging $1,200 for carpet replacement after living their for multiple lease terms. Just a bunch of corporate leasing agents now doing their bosses bidding to screw over tenants and raise money for the corporation. Go find a better quality apartment complex for their pricing structure and ridiculous hidden costs. Not to mention they have a terrible rattle snake problem on the west

For the price you pay I can't express the disappointment. Apartment is a dump with cheap fixes to make you think it's nice at first glance and then falls apart more and more as you live there. The entire oven door glass and all completely collapsed on me one day out of no where and bruised my leg. The AC and heat went out at least once a month, and The road through the complex is just one big pot hole.

My wife and I applied for an apartment and found a better, updated apartment closer to work. We were approved for the apartment. I called within a day and told them we wouldn’t be signing the lease. Now they are taking the $350.00 deposit. Save yourself the headache and spend a little more for a nicer community. 🙄

I lived at stone gate for about 6 years. Move in and out was fantastic. Switching apartments in community was fantastic. Gave me minimal grief when my new puppy raised hell and took a very reasonable portion of my deposit given the damage.
Great community- now that I live across country I wish I never left!

While the apartments are pricey, it's worth it. Alot of these comments are kind of one-sided and you don't get the full picture of whatever someone has been through. I, too, was a little weary when purchasing my apartment but I've spent the last year here and here are the quick points:
- Maintenance requests were always fulfilled within 48 hours.
- The front office, especially Abigail and Jayden, were incredibly flexible and sweet when it came to my big dog's barking.
- Even after I gave them my notice to vacate, they asked if there was anyway they could help my transition to go over smoothly

I lived at Stonegate for 4 years and loved it. It's a haven outside of the city but minutes away from good food and necessities. It's quite, safe, clean, and peaceful. There is an awesome trail out back and amazing views everyday. It's a non-smoking property so that's a big plus. There's a good sense of community as well.
The staff here are really outstanding. They are friendly, professional, and courteous about all manners of business and maintenance. The maintenance team is prompt and always give a wave. Kim, Katrina, Theresa, and Jayden are so great to work with and

Drove a far distance to tour the apartments, community and amenities to only get a 5 minute "tour". The leasing agent didn't let us see the club house, she didn't say anything and she literrally stood by the door while we looked around the apartment ourselves. She was not very friendly or nice and we drove back home after being there for only 5 minutes. We arrived at 3:05 and left at 3:10. Based on this, I wouldn't recommend this community.

My family has lived at Stonegate Apartments for almost a year. We are very happy with the office staff and maintenance. The grounds are well maintained and location is quiet and tranquil. If I had to give cons to this community, it would be the size of the pool and dog park. Overall we are very happy here and look forward to at least another year of renting here at Stonegate.

Theresa made the move in experience super smooth and easy. The complex is wonderful. Very well maintained, quiet, safe. Filled with wildlife and a bonus is the playground. Stonegate clearly takes pride in the quality of life they provide their residents. I'm honestly surprised by any negative reviews and I'm glad that I ignored them and moved here anyway. It's been a wonderful experience thus far.

I love it here. I was surprised by any negative reviews, it must be a new team now. They have been amazing and so helpful as I moved in. Abby helped me and was so friendly and helpful. I had an emergency request after hours and they came within minutes!. I have to say I am impressed. Also, I am a nature lover and appreciate this place is by open space and so quiet and peaceful. We lived here for almost a year and then needed to leave for personal reasons and the subleasing process was so easy. We absolutely LOVE these apartments. The staff was friendly, efficient, and the whole time we lived there we only called maintenance twice and they fixed it on the same day both times. Carpet was brand new when we moved in. I would highly recommend this place. It was safe and beautiful and in a perfect area.

I cannot even believe we are dealing with another MAJOR issue from this sorry excuse for a "luxury" apartment complex. Disrespectful, clueless, and a complete absence of care from this ridiculous, child-like office staff.
We left for Florida for our Thanksgiving holiday, Tuesday evening. Our friends dropped us off at the airport and then went back to our place where they were staying to take care of our dog.
The next day at 2pm Florida time (12pm Colorado time), I have a missed call from Stonegate. No voicemail. I call back to find out what's going on and Monik tells me that

I have lived here a little over a year and have had a great experience. Issues are to be expected when you live in an apartment complex. However, I have had no issues, I don't hear other neighbors and my privacy is respected. You can't beat the location, it makes every moment worth it. Folks seem to be friendly and there is no issue with noise. Safety is not an issue. If I weren't buying a house I would absolutely sign another one year lease. I highly recommend checking out Stonegate prior to any other complex. For the price the apartments are bigger and there is plenty of extra

I moved here a few months ago. Molly, part of the leasing office, is great! She has always helped since the day I moved here. I love living here, the rent is consistent, every unit has a washer and dryer, and they are very spacious. I enjoy the view and the places I can go on walks with my pup(Everyone here is dog lover). I've only had a few problems with getting maintenance to come check on little problems or malfunctions we have had. They take a few days to get back to you or you have to call and remind them. Something else they do need for being dog lovers, is a dog park. Other then that

The Complex has changed owners/managers recently..... My advice, stay away. The new office staff is rude and pretty clueless. The Contracts were rewritten and sent out as renewals, but had changed along with policies for moving to other properties owned/managed by the Owners/managers. The early lease termination used to be one months rent, now it is 3.5 months. These policies especially the ones not in the lease were never communicated The rents consistently goes up, and by a lot, every year. Buildings are loud and the quality of residents is declining rapidly. The Gym and Business center
