Atrack was the most helpful! I was indeed scared in my situation having my windows down and not knowing why the key wouldn’t start the car to lift my windows up again, but Atrack was able to lift my spirits in a few words, “did you turn your wheel while the key is in the ignition” very thankful to have called this place of business to get an answer so quick and informative! My daughter's 2010 Chevy HHR was running poorly due to neglect and bad service attempts by her ex. The repair was lengthy timewise and expensive but reasonable given the condition the car was in when they got it. Now it's running great. This is the second car that I've brought in this year that needed repair work that most shops would decline. I find the service excellent and the prices fair. I'll continue to bring my vehicles there and would recommend them to a friend,

The shop has reasonable pricing. They provide alternative options if you are on a budget (i.e; OEM, aftermarket options for parts) but not to the point where they compromise with low quality parts. They guarantee quality even if you choose to buy aftermarket parts to save a couple of bucks. Their quality of work is professional. They back up the work and parts with a two year warranty. They are very detailed in explaining the problem and what is needed to fix. Rare to see but I consider them to be a highly creditable mechanic

Stay Away!!! I took my car in on a Monday morning after being sent here by Carmax since I couldn't wait for a Thursday appointment.
My car was making a metal clicking sound in the front left side tire area, upon inspection they told me that my whole front differential needed to be replaced and my two front axles were broken. The quote I received was for $2400!!, which I felt was extremely high since my car is a 2008 Kia, I am assuming since I had an extended warranty they would charge then, well, my warranty was expired since I went over my 125k miles limit, but that didn't seem to change

Do not go here if you want quick service..I came in just to get a new spare tire put on my van because when van was bought from this company the spare was already bad. So 45 minutes later and they tell me 15 minutes or so longer. My van has just been sitting there this whole time.. it takes a tow truck driver 5 minutes to do what takes them an hour. And get this..after spending more than an hour here..they didn't even finish. Because I complained of how slow they were they just stopped working on it. Over an hour of my life wasted on these People.

Worst place ever. I warn you don't take your business here. They won't quote you a price and once they start on your car they seem to find a few more items that ergently need repairs.
I waited for a quote for over 2 hours on very specific items that i needed repaired only to get no quote. Finally they told me they would need to start the work before the could quote a price. Come on. If you "the expert" can't tell me how much a oil pan gasket is to install there is a Big red flag there.

It's a 50/50 thing with this auto shop... Lately my odds have been even less. I went here last September with the groupon for the smog check. They had me in & out in 20 minutes, and my boo was impressed. We have come back 2 times to smog his car during the business hours they have listed, and once super early like they requested. Both times they turned us away. So annoying. I wanted to come here because it was nice & clean, a friendly atmosphere and the work was satisfactory & expedient. Apparently you don't need the business. To turn a customer away at 1:30 pm on a Friday

Our car broke down just as we were entering the Knots Berry Farm theme park after driving from our home in the San Diego area. I called a few repair shops in the area and was quoted over $1000 to replace the fuel pump (which I suspected was the problem). The AAA tow truck driver suggested that I give Papa's a try, so we went straight over. Within minutes after arrival, we were quoted a total price of under $600 for the repair, using genuine Delco parts. Papa's is like having a GREAT mechanic in the family. Atrak and his crew have been taking care of my Saturn for years now, and I've gotten nothing but top notch service and more than fair pricing every time I've needed service. I feel right at home there, and I know that I'll be treated like family. I would HIGHLY RECCOMEND Papa's to any one and everyone.....and I do already.
