Seattle Trauma Therapy & Neurodivergence Support
I am a Seattle-based trauma therapist dedicated to helping individuals transition from surviving to thriving through gentle, trauma-informed care. My practice specializes in neurodivergence (including autism, ADHD, and PDA), complex PTSD, chronic illness, and support for the LGBTQIA+ community. I utilize evidence-based modalities like Lifespan Integration, Polyvagal Theory, and Gottman Method to create safe therapeutic environments tailored to each client's unique needs. With a master's degree in psychology and a counseling specialization from Saybrook University, I prioritize neurodiversity-affirming approaches and oppose ableist compliance-based therapies.

My services are available via telehealth to Washington State residents, emphasizing accessibility and nervous system regulation. I work with individuals, couples, and polycules, focusing on attachment theory, relational attunement, and internalized oppression. My therapeutic philosophy draws inspiration from the natural healing processes of the Wildwood, fostering intrinsic growth through safety and acceptance. I hold a Washington State LMHC license (number 61685988) and maintain a practice rooted in social justice, trauma sensitivity, and conscious relationship building.

We love Kelli's healing salve. It is wonderfully gentle and easy to apply and has a pleasant unobtrusive fragrance. And best of all, it actually works. After we moved to Colorado my lips were always chopped and dry and nothing helped until I tried the salve. The kids love to put this medicine on their various bumps and bruises and even hubby who doesn't care much about cosmetics was very pleased that it helped with his dry hands. Highly recommended!

My family loves the herbal healing and soothing salve from Wildwood Healing Arts. We use them for everything from bumps and bruises to eczema and diaper rash. They have a smooth creamy texture and a light pleasant sent. I highly recommend these products to others looking for a natural way to sooth and heal.
