Our mission is to help you improve your relationships, increase your communication skills, resolve pain, and diminish conflict, depression, stress and anxiety. We do this with compassionate, expert tools and techniques that give you skills to support you for a lifetime! Our promise is to bring you our best, listen without judgment, accept your individuality unconditionally, and provide you with compassionate confidentiality and safety.
Bringing high-level awareness of self-value, compelling communication skills and personal transformation to groups and individuals around the world is my mission and my passion. You are invited to contact me personally for additional information, personal consultation, to book me to speak for your group, and to order additional copies of my books and materials.
Life is a progressive experience, a life-long classroom in which we learn who we are, what we mean to ourselves and others, and what our value is in the world around us. These experiences start earlier than our first breath, and continue as a collective to shape us in the most subtle of ways. Every action, response, word, thought and deed creates another cell of experience that has become You as you are today.
There is importance in "retreat." I don't mean the kind where you are running away from a threat, like in a battle or a dangerous situation (where you must retreat to survive); and I don't mean backing away from a challenging situation because you don't like confrontation or you choose not to engage.

None of the bad reviews below are from actual clients, it is sad that trolls have to lower a bar this low to attack a family business

Very professional and very helpful! My son was very happy with her service. I strongly suspect the people posting bad reviews were told the issues were in them (most are) and couldn't handle it.

Can't say I have met her personally, but she has helped some people that I know immensely. Its a shame so many trolls have to bad mouth her in here just to try and obviously help their own practice. Dr. Tull did wonders for my friends relationship. Hopefully she can help you all too.

A very talented professional who cares deeply for her patients. Dr Tull is a kind and capable woman. It is sad to see some troll leaving 1 star reviews from accounts that only have 1 review here, being cruel, shame on them.

Simply put, Kathryn is truly a Godsend!
Over the nearly two years I've been working with Kathryn she has brought to light patterns in my behavior and thinking that have helped me transform how I view life's challenges and helped me shed years of self-doubt to bring clarity into my life.
The very best part of Kathryn is her ability to cut through the muck and get to the center of the issues. While some therapists allow you to skirt around your problems, Kathryn skillfully draws your attention to the "elephant in the room" and carefully leads you through your challenges so that you can move beyond

She's worked wonders in marriage counseling. It's the ideal and necessary combo of tough, honest, patient, and understanding. She'll challenge you, but not unnecessarily; and while she's objective, it's not to the point of madness. For example, many people think of therapy as a lot of "What do you think?" and "How do you feel?" Don't get me wrong--those questions are asked--but you're not left figuring out the fallout of your thoughts and feelings on your own.
She conveys valid & helpful suggestions, thoughts, and solutions that seriously improved the communication and conflict resolution in my

I went in to see Kathryn after going through some marital problems with my husband. Kathryn allowed me to process what was happening and also provided me with wonderful feedback. She made me think about me for once and how much I do and that I should not let others bully me anymore. Kathryn provided me with great techniques I could use when I am becoming upset or when I just need to calm myself when I am beginning to feel anxious. I would recommend Kathryn to anyone who is looking for a therapist who shows compassion and genuinely wants to help you any way she could.
