New management completely transformed the experience. Unfortunately prices were raised significantly so we had to leave but the new management made our final years there very enjoyable!

The Name of this complex Should be the Murano of Roaches! Since the day we moved in to this place we noticed roaches and roach droppings in various parts of this place. I contacted the manager right away to let him know and they assured it will go away after two weeks of pest control treating it. nope! That wasn't the case. At that point we definitely concluded this place was very infested! Baby roaches coming out of the appliances, closets, bathrooms and living area. We even spotted roach eggs. Anyways, if you don't want to have roaches as your roommate please stay away from this place! How can

From the moment we toured with Kervin, we felt at home. He was timely and professional. And I must say, flexible with our families needs. The maintenance staff is phenomenal, they are ALWAYS willing to help and go above and beyond. We moved for work reasons, if not I'd still be there! Thanks for everything guys.

Luxurious place to live. Well maintained with a property manager that is on top of issues daily. Highly recommended to all.

I spoke with Anne Butler yesterday the property manager, and I cannot tell you how excited I am to hopefully get accepted, and move into this fantastic neighborhood! My first impressions of this neighborhood have now not only met, but exceeded my expectations. I cannot wait to be a part of this wonderful community!

I have been here leaving in Murano Apartments community for more then five year and I’m very happy and comfortable here with all services Lincoln Property Company provides. Great place to live and very friendly neighbors. Kervin Moya in the office has very helpful and professional. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Used to be such a great community but now with new management they care for no one but themselves. Amenities still not open from COVID but no discounts, no more late fees dropped and no compensation of any kind. My shower hasn't worked in 6 months and was told it isn't an emergency since I have 2. They told me it is because the outside pipes are bad and many other apartments have the same issue but it isn't in their budget to fix. Also instead of a normal 5 day grace period on rent it is 3 days and they charge you 10% late fee. Not worth the hassle or the money to rent here!!

Murano is an attractive, quiet, comfortable community. Plenty of good amenities!
It is managed well, hence no issues with theft, drug problems, etc. What else can one ask for?

Murano is beautiful and offers so much for the money. I've owned there for about 10 years and am very happy with the current management company and the board of directors. The grounds are well maintained and communication is great. The floorplans are well thought out and are comfortable. It's a quiet and friendly community and the amenities are great.
