Dear Hyatt management,
Although my NYE tix were free, I didn't deserve to be treated like the chopped liver that gets rejected from Cracker Barrel.
When I lived downtown, I frequented Suite. I loved the atmosphere, their drinks and their food. I was pleasantly surprised upon winning Suite's Instagram giveaway for 2 VIP tickets to their recent NYE 2022 celebration. So much so, that we invited our two friends to come join us, who ultimately paid $60 per person so they could come.
Upon receiving notice of winning the giveaway on Instagram, I received voice memos from the Suite Instagram

I have not seen an entire restaurant staff quite this bad at following state mask mandate before tonight, not to mention general hygiene practices. Our server had her entire mask around her chin the whole time she was serving us. The bartender had her mask below her nose and also under her chin at times while chatting in close proximity to the customers seated at the bar. I also witnessed in disgust as the bartender made drinks without her mask on, mixed the drinks with a straw, and stuck the straw in her mouth with one hand as she handed the drinks off to the mask-around-chin server with another

I came here for my birthday a couple weeks ago with a few of my friends. I had made a reservation two weeks prior for 7pm. The were kind enough to call a few days prior to remind me of my reservation and to confirm that I would be in attendance. I had asked for additional time, however I was told I don't need to request extra time since I had a party less than 8.
When I arrived at the lounge, the host told me that I was expected to leave the table by 9:15 since my table was reserved for 9:30. I was pretty annoyed

The suite is a beautiful establishment that is paired with some of the worst service. The staff caters better to only what I can assume is the kind of customer they would like to see in their establishment. Because I was speaking in a language they could not understand with my own friends the staff asked me and my party to speak in a lower voice so as not to bother other patrons.

I visited this establishment on 8/27/21 a friday evening. We have been here many other times before with my husband but by far this was the worst experience we received. The place was not busy at all and the requirement to get a table was spend $50 minimum, which was no biggie and proceeded to get a table. Leslie was our server for our table. We ordered our drinks and also had two shots. Me and my husband were having our own personal argument which the staff came and said we were bothering other patrons. Not sure why the staff proceeded to kick us out even before we closed our tab. We went outside

Stayed in the connected hotel (Hyatt Bellevue) for 3 nights for girl’s weekend 😊 We ended up at the Suite everyday. The patio was great. So pretty with all the outdoor lights. Food was all great, and good drinks. The service was exceptional.and the prices are reasonable. We really appreciated how special we were treated. Highly recommend 😊 We will be back.

I reserved a table for Saturday night for a friend and my self and as the night progressed there was a drunk man that forced his way to our table and was making us feel really uncomfortable. He kept ordering drinks and grabbing my hands and trying to rub my back. I kept pointing at him and making help me eyes to our waitress so she would get him removed because he was beyond the limit but she thought I was pointing at him so she would charge him and not us. Totally missed the mark. The hostess that showed us to our table saw what was happening and had him removed immediately.

Went to Seattle area for girl's weekend. Stayed at the Hyatt Bellevue which is where Suite is. We loved the food, drinks and atmosphere so much we went here all three nights we were there. Incredible service!! We loved sitting on the patio. It was so nice, especially when it got dark. The lighting and fire pits were beautiful.

Stopped by this week for dinner with a party of 3 since we were staying at the Hyatt and couldn't get a reservation anywhere else last minute. I understand why this place was not busy.
Inattentive waitress (never once stopped by to check on us). They brought out the meals for some of our party but another person in our group waited over 30 minutes after the rest of the groups meals were served. Our waitress never came to apologize, and we eventually cancelled that meal since it was not served. Would not recommend coming back.

My wife and I love coming here. This is a great place to grab some food and drinks. I recommend their pasta dish and their salmon. We have always had great service and the meals have always been good. They also offer a great selection of wine, beer, and cocktails. I recommend a reservation as it can be hard to find a table without one.

I made reservations for 3 on Monday, Dec 14 for the coming Friday, the 18th. Received a confirmation email. Was excited to see my girlfriends before Christmas. Drive out to Bellevue, from Bothell, only to discover they were CLOSED! Never received an email notifying me of such! How the heck do you still have an online reservation platform if you aren't even open??? We ended up not being able to have our dinner as no one had available outdoor seating! Totally ruined our night and wasted our time!!!!

The most fun atmosphere. Sitting down to write this a week later I am still so pleased with this place. The ambiance is incredible! We were from out of town and a friend recommended this place and I am sure it is even more amazing without restrictions. I hear they have Aerial nights.
Our server was great. She was attentive and timely and so nice! We were there for a night out and so the drinks were on point. We ordered so many things to share between four of us and everything was so tasty!
The deep fried cauliflower was the best thing we ate hands down. So crispy and SO tasty. You will love

Another visit to this Suite, probably my 4th time in the last 6 months. And this was for my BIG 40th Birthday celebration! But must say that it was by far my worst experience at this Lounge! The 4 of us sat at a table right next to the bar, 2nd booth from the restroom side. Our waitress promptly came and took our orders for drinks and food. After we got our Chicken Quesadillas, Egg rolls, Vegetable Flatbread, some cocktails and sodas, we had to tell the waitress to take back the flatbread since it didn't taste good. We initially wanted the Beef Sliders, but they were totally out of them

Nice look and feel (ambiance). I liked that the wait staff all had on black, and their hair and make up looked professionally done. The hostess was extremely friendly as were the TWO ladies that served my table. Food was good, served timely and hot, fresh and looked appealing. It’s a hotel restaurant yet it wasn’t over the top expensive. I’d come again. It’s a nice date night, or grab a bite dress up or dress down kinda of place.

We were looking for a new restaurant to try while attending the dental conference. The menu looked good so we called to make reservations. After I made the reservations I was excited that The Suite is located in the Hyatt which is where most of the dental classes were located.
The class ended earlier than expected so we went about an hour earlier than our reservation and they were able to seat us right away.
I ordered the Secret Garden cocktail which is a light citrus drink. The steak salad was delicious!! The top layer of the creme brulee was a little too hard for my liking.

I came here during their happy hour (3-7pm Monday through Friday, 4-7pm Saturday and Sunday).
Downtown Bellevue really loves their hotel bars but all the ones that I've been to have been pretty good including Suite.
I ordered the after hours ($7) which was good and strong. I also got the chicken quesadilla ($6) which was actually really good and filling. I thought it was gonna be on the smaller side considering it's on their happy hour menu but it was a good size with good salsa and a dipping sauce. It's something you can get full off of which is not common for happy hour menus

I always enjoy coming here. The happy hour is outstanding and the vibe is pretty chill.
I am appreciated the apps I tired (spring roll, pork sliders and flat bread pizza) and all were quite tasty.
Service was great with a server and supper staff bring apps and drinks.
This is one of my favorite places to go for drinks or just to hang out and run into someone I may know.

The nightlife in Bellevue is weak, there's only a few options and I never thought I would visit Suite because I hear only cougars go here and I'm not talking about the wildlife that you can find in the hidden forests or WSU's mascot from Pullman. Which there's nothing wrong with that, I just haven't hit that age yet, but probably will end up being one in the next 30 years. Hahaha.

What a fantastic meal! Had the Kobe Burger with Mushroom Red Pepper Bisque. Not your average burger, it was so darn good with avocado and the crunchy brioche bun. Perfectly hit the spot and still had a little left over. I highly recommend coming in, the service was very fast and the staff are super friendly. My first experience here wasn't great, but it was because they had just opened and several staff members were late. The management asked for a second chance, and I'm so glad I took them up on the offer. 5 stars all the way! I'll be coming back here every time I'm in town.

We went here for the atmosphere mostly and were happy we did, but the quality of the food isn’t anything to write home about. Very sweet servers, interesting selecting of options but lacking flavor. We got the mahi mahi which was pretty dry and a couple others. Although, the tempura shrimp were terrific! Can’t go wrong with friend shrimp and a sweet and spicy sauce!
