Over the past 15 years we have closed on six transactions with Liz and anticipate returning to her whenever the need arises in our future. We started out in the depths of the real estate crisis in 2009 when Liz helped us navigate the challenging financing market that was occurring then to most recently our.
Five percent may not seem like that much at first. Stocks (at times) appreciate much more, and you could earn over six percent with the safest investment of all, treasury bonds. But take a second look. At an appreciation rate of 5% annually, a $200,000 home would increase in value $10,000 during the first year.
When conversing with real estate agents, you will often find that when they talk to you about buying real estate, they will refer to your purchase as a "home." Yet if you are selling property, they will often refer to it as a "house." There is a reason for this.
