I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I specialize in providing therapy to children, adolescents and young adults and have been working with this demographic for almost ten years and have experience in providing therapy to address the unique needs and challenges faced during these times.

Family work and helping to support parents and caregivers is also an important part of the therapy work I do. I am passionate about my work and the client's I work with. I believe in helping my client to find empowerment and helping them to better understand themselves and the world around them. I am EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) trained and also integrate DBT skills and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my work with clients.
