I have been here for two months and I am disgusted with this place so I thought I could put my trash out side my door because I saw my neighbors putting theirs out especially paying $1527 every month for rent and they charged me $25 dollars per grocery bag i put out and charged me $425 dollars with out giving me a warning at all because I’m use to vallet trash I really wish I could get out this lease I’m disgusted on top of charging me this they have yet to fix my water pressure when my tub takes 35 mins to fill saying it is a common problem in my unit and they have yet to address the stain

If I could give zero stars I would ! We moved into this new apartment just to discover mold in the bathrooms and laundry area. The complex tried covering it up with paint and when that didn't work they tried putting new flooring down to cover the issues . Management is horrible, rude and flat out unprofessional! Do not rent from this company! If I could post photos I would share what they called "dirt"

Reserve at Park West is AWESOME!!!! My A/C wasn’t working and placed a maintenance call today. Same day Mr. AJ was out — Mr. AJ is AWESOME! The entire maintenance crew has always been awesome! But our A/C is out (Which is big for me). He did everything to try and get it working - but the unit had clearly died. The apartment was so hot and humid that Mr. AJ got a portable a/c unit set up. I know it will at least be comfortable until the unit is fixed/replaced. Thank you AJ and Reserve at Park West. It's not super hot outside and you could have easily told me to deal with the situation until

I have not been here long but so far, I have had the best experience. The staff was very patient with me and my many calls. Patrice and Heather (not sure which Heather, but you will be able to differentiate once you have talked to them) are absolutely amazing. They may have been tired of me calling but I could never tell. The apartment is really nice, it was clean upon move in and I haven't had any maintenance problems yet (knocks on wood). The community is kept up and is very clean. It is nice to see families and people in general outside walking around the complex. I feel safe walking in at night

I lived at the reserve for the past 8 and a half years... it was where I called home! I always felt safe.. it was quiet.. but filled with great friendly neighbors .. the staff always went above and beyond to meet all of my needs.. Its truly wonderful place to live! I will miss Heather and the rest of the staff at the reserve, they are like family.. but its finally time to but a home! I will always have wonderful memories there !!

I lived here for 1,5 years. Good location. Professional and nice management and maintenance staff. A lot of parking spaces. Moved out because of dirt, litter and trash at the territory of the apartments. My unit needs to be renovated. Stains on the carpet, odors, high humidity inside, appliances and cabinets need to be replaced. Noisy HVAC units right in front of the bedroom window. Permanent issues with the pool and trash compactor. Roaches and other bugs in the apartments.

After living here for 2 years, I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Being that we lived on the bottom floor, roaches were almost always an issue. On three separate occasions roaches were found in the… clock of our stove/oven and on one occasion they were found in the microwave clock as well. It would take a few weeks of spraying to get rid of them entirely. After asking to go ahead and schedule three weeks of big treatments (1 per week), they told me no. During our time here, we had a few problems with the dishwasher, garbage disposal, and stove. All of which I expect happens

Honestly at first I thought it was the best place to live. Looks nice outside. From the first day I moved in, I have not had a good experience with them. When I moved in, my apartment was so dirty. I started cleaning up myself before I put my stuff in. It got to the point that I was just tired of scrubbing. The stove was dirty. The floors had… stains and hair all over the place. The refrigerator was nasty as if somebody just packed up and left. Very good starter apartment. Amazing that you can have all bills in one. But on the flip side we’ve had problems with fleas! And half of the outlets in the apartment won’t work. They sent someone out for the fleas but they’re still here. And I’ve mentioned the outlet issue many times and they haven’t been fixed. Trash is awful it always piles up.… Dog crap everywhere and one of our vehicles (2018 challenger) was keyed and they didn’t have any cameras. What a joke!! So, we signed a 3 month lease and had 3 storage sheds. Our monthly cost was $2000. We rented from July until end of September because we had house closing in September. The manager was well aware of our situation. We did not even move in until July 18th and we were actually moved out by the middle of September. When we went to turn in… keys they told us we owed for October because we didn’t give 30 day notice. My husband and I move to Reserve at park west apartments in 2012 from England. The staff were so so helpful, friendly and became my little family. Our apartment was perfect, well maintained clean and really well equipped .. We didn't need to worry about anything other than settling in.
We have since moved back to the UK but if I was every to come back to your wonderful country I would move back to the reserve in a heart beat.
