Plenty of agents. If people are fighting with you they won't fight for you. Additionally, the agent that showed up at our house seem to have very little knowledge of the property or verbage to sell my home to begin with.

Real Estate is a stressful, especially if you are not confident that you have current local market information. We worked with Jeff Koegler and the team at Eleete Real Estate. Jeff did an outstanding job educating, guiding, and advising us. Lee Davies, the owner, was personally involved with our search as well. It was refreshing to see Jeff narrow the search as he got more information about what was most important. Agents I've worked with in the past don't have the focus that Eleete has. I found that a frustrating waste of time.

We were very lucky to get Renee as an agent. We were totally unprepared when we called. She arrived in our home and explained our options. After deciding that we would refresh the house, she helped find us the tradespeople. She was super willing to answer questions, help make us make decisions, and keep our spirits up. After 2 months of hard work, she helped the stagers finalize the house and had the open house. She presented us the offers and helped us select the best one. Another 2 months and the house is completely sold.

I have worked a lot with Lee Davies Real Estate over the last decade and they have always been excellent to work with. Real estate agents are a dime a dozen, but finding a professional agency that actually knows how to market and sell homes is less common than I expected.
