I walked into Max's office several years ago when my wife and I were looking for a house in Bay Park. Our experience with other agents had been lackluster; most others seemed to be in a hurry to get us sold; they just didn't have the time to listen and find what we wanted. Unethical and dishonest real estate attorney. I would not recommend working with him as he is mispresenting his clients and their homes.
When I emailed him and his assistant to confront him about his dishonesty he did not even take the time to reply or acknowledge my email at all. I assume it's because he knows he was in the wrong but does not want to admit it.

There are not enough words to say about how much we LOVED our experience with Max and his team! He went so far and above all expectations on an extremely difficult purchase situation. Not only that, but the sale of our house had a hiccup as well and max just came in calmly and uplifting and got both the sale and the purchase done! It was one of the hardest purchases on our fixer upper, and if it weren't for Max and his hard work and fantastic knowledge of everything, we would have never gotten it- and it took almost a year to close- not bc of Max,it was the other side. Max and his team were awesome! My husband and I successfully closed on a home in a neighborhood that we love - all due to Max and his well-oiled team of professionals! Max was very knowledgeable about the sub-region (Bay Ho) as well as up-and-coming business development in the area and land rights (ie.
