Each of our communities has its own friendly, professional management team, so we can maintain the quality of your community and respond to your needs throughout the day. Our Resident Portal and App allow you to pay rent, submit a service request, or connect with your management team whenever you need to.
All residents are required to carry Renters Insurance with a minimum of $100,000 personal liability coverage and a minimum of $10,000 personal property coverage. The community must also be listed as an "Additional Interest" or "Interested Party". Water damage liability and dog bite liability coverage is included (these are not typically included in standard policies).

I've lived here for about 1.5 years, and while the management was great when I first moved here, they really started to drop the ball about 6 to 8 months ago. Things started going down hill and I noticed more and more trouble starting around the property. It turns out they sold the property to another company about 4 months ago and stopped caring about us near the end of their ownership. They just let it go to hell before the new management change took over. I'll admit, things haven't been great these past few months, but they are getting better. I really love this apartment and this location. The property is beautiful! The staff has been helpful and I love the floor plan that we live in. We have been living in these apartments close to 1.5 years and renewed bc we have yet to find a floor plan like the one we live in.
However, we can tell our apartment and the appliances was poorly made and things are starting to break one by one, more often.
First, our washer started to vigorously shake so much that it turn and wiggle out of the laundry room. They tried to “fix it” 4x until we finally demanded a new one to be put in bc it was damaging

This apartment complex is the worst place I have ever lived at. The call box is always broken and our truck got broken into twice within living here less than a year got and they said unless the police came there and got the information then they WOULDN’T do anything about it. They said that crime happens but when our truck got broken into the call… box was broken and the gates were open and those call boxes are there to deter crime. There was a spider infestation and they finally did something about it. They try and sell you on the gym and it is very nice but almost all the equipment

I moved in about a month ago. I can't say enough good things about the people and community here. Devin made the move in process easy and answered all my questions. She even checked in on things after the move. The property is very nice and well maintained. If you're looking for your new home, come take a look!

The Parkway has been absolutely incredible, for the past four months my 9 month old son and I have been living here. With the short amount of time living at The Parkway, I must say we couldn't be happier. Living here has been truly one of the best experiences I've had in the Houston area. The office personnel are outstanding! Melanie and Roxanne are always so helpful these two ladies will absolutely go out of their way to make sure we are well taken care of. The property is beautiful and well kept, I feel so safe going out for walks at night. There is no doubt in my mind The Parkway on Westlake
