I have been living at the Ironwood Apartments for about five months now and I really enjoy it!! The property is always clean and well maintained, the landscaping is top notch as well which I really like. Naketa in the front office is awesome, she is always professional and helpful, she's a very nice touch to the overall experience. If you're looking for a place in Livermore, Ironwood is highly recommended.

The manager is very helpful and understanding. Maintenance requests are completed quickly and the office is very responsive. The complex and units are beautiful. I feel that my concerns are heard and they do whatever they can to ensure their residents are safe and happy.

I want to give another shoutout to the Ironwood Apartment staff Property Manager, Cassandra and maintenance crew, Frank and Cory. They have met every expectation in regards to questions, concerns, and follow ups especially during the pandemic!
Cassandra’s response time to email requests have been Superb! Cassandra and maintenance staff are professional, upfront, and honest about changes, errors, and lead times for work orders. Cassandra has a compassionate heart and always listens attentively and follows through with all concerns.
So far I have had pleasant experiences with the maintenance

I have been living here for nearly 3 years and I don’t have any complaints. There are plenty of open spaces for kids to play, lawns are well maintained, remodeled gym, and enough guest parking for visitors. My experience with the management team has always been positive and they have always attended to my maintenance request. School and park, both are in walking distance.

This place has really made a turn around! When the old management staff was here, it seems as though complaints weren't being taken seriously and resident issues weren't being addressed. I went into the leasing office a couple weeks ago & there was a whole new staff there. I was leery at first but the new staff is so helpful & friendly. They addressed my concerns in a timely manner & even called me to follow up, making sure I was satisfied with the outcome. The new staff has made this place a great place to live again! Highly recommend this community to others.

I feel like I'm playing games with these people. They made a error and I owe an additional thousand dollars now. Because they didn't charge me correctly months and months ago. I've had constant issues with people parking in our spot. A sticker was put on the car. Not towed when it was written it would be. That's it. Can't pay online for months. The staff is better than last year. But it seems like there is always something and they never get back to you, they don't keep the complex neat people just leave trash outside the apartments and the quite hours are not respected. Moving out next chance

Toured this property with Bree and I am impressed! Great customer service, and she was able to answer all of my questions. Went to a property near by right before and although the space was slightly bigger, the feeling that I got doing business at Ironwood was far superior. Good job Bree and the team.

This review has been a long time coming- I wanted to make sure we got some of our deposit back before reviewing. DO NOT MOVE HERE! My husband and I lived here for two years, two years ago it was awesome. Reasonably priced, awesome neighbors, and peaceful living. Then Avenue 5 took over almost a year ago and they have turned this place into a living nightmare. The staff changes monthly and continue to treat the residents like garbage, there are cars parked in the lots without wheels on taking up the VERY limited parking places, continuing mixed messages from staff members, and constant broken pool
